Ok so u know the head canon of lime blooded trolls being able to essentially shooshpap the living fuck out of anything that moves? it kinda follows that

Its in which they can basically use psychic abilities to pull negativity from other beings, and channel it more constructively into controlling the situation Which is why on Alternia, the Condecse would have seen them as a threat and had them killed off, because they collectively would’ve had the power to undermine the basis of society, which is in that timelines case, combativeness, 

   But on BEFORUS, there would’ve been no Condecse, there would have been Feferi, and given what we know about Beforus in canon, as well as what we know about her, her entire infrastructural goal for the planet was peace and harmony, and the upper castes caring for the lower castes       Given the time on Beforus P.B (pre-benevolence, as she herself would eventually rise and become Her Great Benevolence) the species itself would still be a rather violent and unstable one, so very early on into her time as ruler, she began to strategize ways to solve this issue, the obvious solution? An instated moirailegience program between Lime Bloods and unstable members of the upper castes; The Empathairizers Initiative Program Of 17 A.B  

In theory this was an excellent idea, giving the lower class a chance to feel real purpose, and getting the higher ups the stability they would need to function under the new world order   in practice however, Her Benevolence was unable to single handedly oversee the entire program, and those put in charge quickly became corrupt at the thought of profiting from her approval. They bought out the city which the majority of the once-clan of limebloods resided, making it nearly impossible to find work outside of the program, all of the trolls joining “voluntarily” weren’t given much of a choice outside of unemployment.  

Empathairizer was a very dangerous title to hold, and this quickly became the job with one of the highest death rates known on Beforus       it took nearly a century for the injustice to end, as it was finally brought to Her Benevolences attention that this program was extremely flawed      There are still open entry replicates of the program today, but none so forced or oppressive, and all under much more direct surveillance      and THAT is my theory on Beforian lime bloods
