Return Rights
We are committed to quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
If your order should arrive in less than satisfactory condition, we offer a convenient Photo Return option. Simply take a digital photo of the item and one of the shipping container it arrived in, attach them to an email and send to [email protected]. Please include in the body of the email: your order number, the shipping ID or item number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and let us know whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund. Your request will be processed within 48 hours and you will receive an email letting you know your replacement is under production or your refund is being processed.
To return your item(s) please pack them in the original tube or box and include the completed Return Instructions form which you will find on the back of the Packing List included with your order. Be sure to specify the reason for the return and what action you would like us to take: replacement or refund. We strongly encourage you to return your item via a trackable method.
Pricing
Notwithstanding the product prices shown on the website, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items shown on the website may be mispriced as a result of price changes that are implemented at or about the time of your visit to the website. However, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, your sole recourse is cancellation of your order.
Acceptance of Order

1994 Han’s Rainforest (60in x 48in)
1994 Muse’s Cannas (48in X 30in) – Acrylic on canvas. In 1994, I met an older women that allowed me to come on her property and take pictures of flowers in her garden. She had the grandest sunflowers I had ever seen. Her name was ‘Muse’. My original intent was to paint the sunflowers, however the light in the Cannas and the reds were impossible to avoid 🙂

Goal: To create images that not only talk but also sing; that not only walk but dance.
I achieve a certain ambiance with each piece so it takes on a characteristic of it’s own. Art becomes a unique object when technique and process are undetectable. My art comes alive when this happens. The content of my work is equally, and often more important than the process. The images I create represent the truth of what is real for me. The visual imagery I choose symbolizes meaningful Ideas. I want to achieve the highest quality piece of art both visually and emotionally. I started this body of work in 1986 in Maryland, after being influenced by my studies in England at the Winchester School of ART. This marked an important turning point in my career as a fine artist and is the core of the artwork I create today.

I am currently offering private art lessons in your home or studio with focus on oil and acrylic painting as well as working with encaustic. Whatever medium you wish to experiment with (oil, acrylic, watercolor, charcoal, pencil, pastel) I can help guide you with my 30+ years experience.
I have taught young children, helping them get a good start early in life. Generally talent or interest in art shows up about 8 years old. I work with children 8+ years old.
Note:** Parents should consider that studying the arts can help to enhance creative thinking/writing skills as well as promote higher level of understanding and intelligence in general.
Private lessons are available for Adults as well and I welcome all levels of interests and talent. My goal is to open your mind to the potential of your talent and help you to reach inside and open your heart to wonders and satisfaction that creating art can offer.
Antique Restoration/conservation classes (focusing on porcelain, ceramic, hydrocal, wood and gilding) will be available in the near future. Private lessons are available for this as well.

Alphabet Tarot
Alphabet TarotTM
“An artistic approach to the interpretation, characteristics and meaning of letters in the making up of names and words – The Alphabet Tarot.” – R. Sanchez 2012
Some have heard of the Alphabet TarotTM by now. It has received mostly positive and only a few negative responses. This particular alphabet and concept were original created to help me gain some insight into the character tendencies of others. The insight this interactive artwork provides, focuses primarily on characteristic tendencies based on the spelling of the name and the placement of the letters in each name (first, middle and last name). This is a completely unique system and came to me quite intuitively after I was driven to create an alphabet that I didn’t want to just be like any other.
The Alphabet TarotTM is available with definitions for the English language only. The original art work is still available for sale (see STORE/originals).

The following are Illustration published in the Gesneriana, a scientific guide to correctly identifying Gesneriads while in the field. I was employed by the Gesneriad Research Foundation, a small organization founded and operated by Dr. Hans Weihler. The Gesneriad Research Foundation separated from Selby Gardens Research Dept when the focus turned towards the research and identification of Orchids.
This issue of The Gesneriana was published in 1995
