I really hate my neighbors' selfishness.

I'm sick, my dad is recovering from an organ removal surgery, my parents are elders, and these ppl act as if the whole street is theirs - blasting music so loud we can feel the vibrations through the windows and walls.

The discussion about Sukuna eating his twin in the womb reminded me of how Xavier (X-men) killed his twin in the womb cause he sensed her evilness (comic book panel under the cut).

I wouldn't put past jjk lore to really mean sukuna ate his twin. He is literally a malevolent kitchen with body altering capabilities (like when he changed his head to chomp down on Hana)...

...What if he was actually malformed or monster-like, and eating his twin helped him acquire his human form (the 'mask' hinting at what his body might have been more made of?)

actually I love this panel and kusakabe's explanation makes sense. one of the things I like about yuuji is that he’s not a prodigy (thank god we had enough of those… my condolences to megumi) yuuji is a hard worker and also an incredibly determined individual. however, I don’t think that sukuna being a huge factor in yuuji’s tremendous growth is a disservice to his character or a way to undermine his hard work. that’s just consequence of having to share one’s body with another individual. the thing is that BOTH yuuji and sukuna are essential to each other’s growth. in yuuji’s case it’s his tremendous growth as a sorcerer due to sukuna performing high level jujutsu in his body. it’s like a having your dance teacher show you how to perform this complicated choreography in an one-on-one session but better cause the teacher can just posses your body, perform the choreography a couple of times and basically teach your body the dance moves cause of muscles memory. yuuji quickly learns how to understand curse energy because the guy who lived inside him understands it and uses it like no one else (it’s a great advantage and basically a huge cheat code so honestly good for him. Im all for yuuji using sukuna’s knowledge and skills to his advantage!!!).

when it comes to sukuna we already know that yuuji had a huge impact on his beliefs and worldview on life. yuuji basically shakened sukuna’s ideology due to them having to coexist in one body. sukuna had no other choice but to experience everything with him. he got a front row seat in yuuji’s life and had to witness things he normally would have ignored cause yknow… he just doesn’t care.

they’re both rubbing off on each other whether they like it or not. and they clearly DONT lmao. (Im loving it)

Furnace

The kanji 竈 for Sukuna's much anticipated secret technique is revealed and its meaning is: furnace... but also stove, hearth and kiln. An old word fitting for someone who lived 1000 years ago.

Sukuna pronounces it as [kamino] which isn't its actual pronouncation though. That kanji is read as [kama] but also as [SOU] and [hittsui]. You can find the [kama] reading in Demon Slayers protagonist; the first kanji in Tanjiro's last name Kamado is exactly this one. For Tanjiro this kanji fits because his family's occupation is making coal. Just like Sukuna's occupation is working in a kitchen.

But why the different pronounciation?

Now my Japanese isn't the best but it's a wordplay together with the second part of the fire arrow attack: [fuuga] aka OPEN.

[Fuuga] is written with the kanji 開 for open but again that kanji isn't actually pronounced like that and that's part of the wordplay. When you put the two kanji of this attack together it becomes: 竈開 "open the furnace".

But when you put the pronounciation of it together it becomes: [kami no fuuga] 神の風雅 -> "Elegance/Grace of the Gods".

Seeing as this attack is absolutely devastating, that name is an apt description of it.
