Percaya pada fakta, bukan pada asumsi.
Masih ada orang baik di dunia ini dan tidak semua orang adalah jahat seperti orang jahat itu.
Jangan lari atau menghindar dari apaun. Hadapi! Buktikan hipotesa sehingga bisa menjadi kesimpulan yang fakta. Jangan terjebak asumsi.
Negative thinking = mental block.
Move on! berdasarkan track-record, kamu sudah berhasil move-on sebelumnya.
Setiap ingat hal menyedihkan, ingat keberhasilan yang telah kamu dapatkan.
Semua yang terjadi tidak selalu salah kamu.
Jangan berfokus pada hal yang negatif.
Orang lain bukan kamu + kamu bukan orang lain. Tidak perlu dibanding-bandingkan.
Kamu seharusnya bisa membuat orang lain suka terhadapmu tanpa kamu harus berpura-pura.

How to Make Personal Journal with Social Media for Free
For many reasons, some of us still love to make a journal. Journal has so many functions for our life. Writing down what’s in our mind, keep some memories, planning monthly schedule or events. So many things to do, so many paper to draw.
That’s why I’m trying to make a personal journal using my social media. I still love writing on paper but just in case that my paper suddenly gone (hope not). Beside, it’s more fun to do with so many digital apps to makes my journal more sparkly to remember later.
So these are my steps:
Make Some Accounts
Make an account on platform that you want to have. Search on what suits your needs:
Email
Email is very important step to make another account in social media. Almost every apps using email to sign-up and sign-in to their account.
You can make an email using Gmail , YahooMail , or MicrosoftOutlook
I’m using Gmail because it’s easier for me to use, cleaner interface, and can link to many social media directly.
Blog
Blog is a digital journal. You can make and share almost everything from writing, picture, video, link, and so on. This is the new definition of sharing. For blogging platform there are Tumblr , Blogspot , and Wordpress .
I’m using Tumblr because again, it’s user friendly and so many random things that I love to see on my feed.
Another Apps to Watch and Tell
To make the journal more fun, you can share and get inspiration from another apps such as:
Pinterest for inspiration and useful article
Instagram for beautiful picture
Youtube for videos
Anchor for podcast.
These apps have everything that you’ve been looking for.
