Here are some simple tips that can help improve your overall health:
Drink more water: Proper hydration is crucial for all bodily functions. Aim for at least 8 glasses of water per day.
Eat more fruits and vegetables: Load up on nutrient-dense produce at every meal and snack. The fiber, vitamins, and antioxidants are incredibly beneficial.
Get moving: Incorporate more physical activity into your day through exercises you enjoy - walking, dancing, sports, etc. Even light activity provides health benefits.
Prioritize sleep: Strive for 7-9 hours per night. Lack of quality sleep can negatively impact energy levels, mood, and health.
