Orisa is full of love in one kind of way. She has loved Efi since the moment that she was activated. The two each treat each other like mother and child at the same time. She has an innate instinct to love and care for most living beings.

As for romantic love,  Orisa has only been active for so long. This would probably be her first encounter with the feeling. It is probably not something that sprung up out of nowhere, but something that has been slowly cultivating towards the person of interest over time. She really only realizes it when it begins to become a distraction (Though not an unwelcome one.) She would head straight to Efi to ask if there is something wrong with her processor? It seems to run slower when this person is around? Efi? Efi, why are you laughing? This is serious Efi.
