Though  their  voices  were,  naturally, more or  less the  same,  the way each person expressed themselves and the way they conveyed emotions through their  voices were always different; so,  instead of pronouncing  the same words as  her, Rin  said  them soundlessly; some odd sort of lip-sync. They don’t feel like giving up on their little  ‘game’ this soon.

  “ What are you doing ? “ For a moment she had been fooled but the other did realise that the wall was behind them right ? Though the other was lucky the girl was so foolish as to believe it initially enough to dance about in plain view of the other.  

   “Well, y’can’t live on the staircase forever, I guess...      Should I help y’move somewhere else?”        Rin kinda pities him right now. But that’s alright, because        living a lifetime with their twin has given them an instinct to        care for the pitiful.

“I don’t look like a crybaby!” 

How does a crybaby look anyway?

“And uh, I don’t think so— Though I think I twisted my ankle and I can’t really get up right now…”

Wow, he’s hurting all over.

Royalty How-to? (AU @the-digital-diva)

  As they were being guided through the wide halls of the gargantuan  castle, a very much exhausted Rin internally went through the recent chain of events that led them to their current situation. A day earlier, some fancy-dressed dude went to their home, and announced some- thing about Rin being 1st heir to the throne, now that blahblah died and this and that were nowhere to be found. Without a chance to object, they had to pack their belongings, and early in the morning, they were taken in the long, boring trip to their new residence.   Allegedly, Rin was going to be introduced to someone who would actually explain what the hell was going on, as well as help them get used to their new lifestyle and responsibilities.   The kid felt a strong urge to roll their eyes at all of this; was this outta some fairytale or something? Everybody talked and dressed like that was the case. Ugh.   It took a while to get to their destination (Rin hoped they wouldn’t need to walk a freakin’ marathon every time they needed something), but eventually the butler (butler!) opened the doors of one of many rooms, and motioned for Rin to walk in. There was a girl that seemed to be around their own age; while she was dressed so elegantly that it completely outshone Rin’s simple casual peasant outfit, her most notable feature was the long, teal hair that fell all the way down her back, maybe even further.

       “Uh, oi, I’m Rin--           I was... told y’d help me? Um...”

     Suddenly, and for some reason,      they felt tiny in comparison to this girl.

   “W-wha--?!” Rin threw their hands up in the air,      “I, I swear I didn’t, Miku-chan! I...!        I'm not baaad...”

“Did Ri-chan go out on the town without  telling me? Who knew she was so bad.”

  “Y’do look like one--”   Then, they glance up at the stairs, lingering there for a moment   before returning their attention to the guy.

   “But, that fall. It was... kinda spectacular...       Y’didn’t break anything, right?”

“!!!”

“I’m not a crybaby!”

           And he’s not sulking, though he’s going to accept the tissue anyway.

“… but, um, thanks for helping me.” 

           That sounded super awkward, damn it.

  “...fwah.”    They began to imitate the other Rin’s every movement    and gesture, as precisely as possible. Bored enough    to go and try a hand at becoming a mirror.  

  “Hi there...” They blinked drowsily and stifled a yawn.   “Tired... A lil’ tired.      Didn’t get much sleep last night, ehh...”

“How are you today?”

    "Dunno...           Judgin' from the way y'are, maybe the dudes                      would feel too guilty and not do it."

Kaiko seems to be the innocent type. Only a monster would try something perverted with her, right? Then again, Rin's not sure of what percentage of the  population can be considered a 'monster'.

”..EEEE—!?” Insert the girls face going all red. Did that ever happen when she was working!?

"K-Kaiko never n-n-noticed that! Kaiko doesn’t want that to happen! Uuu…"

  She... didn't even know what they were talking about?

           "...Check y'out. Stare at ya.                   Y'kno in what way."

"Ah… Y-Yeah, Kaiko works in one.." …No, she needs to ask. She can’t keep up with it! "W-What is.. Gawking..? Is it bad..?"

  "Ah, y'work in one?" Kinda regrets being a lil' harsh with their words.           "Well, it's always a possibility... I guess?"

"E-Eh—!? D-Does that mean.. Kaiko will get.. Gawked at..!?" she honestly didn’t know what the other meant by ‘gawk’, but she’s acting like she does-  

   "Don't those exist 'cause people just want t'gawk at the maids?              That's kinda gross. If y'ask me."
