Slight spoilers but. I do not love what they've done with Ramattra in this expansion. I will wait to cast judgement until this entire arc is out in the open to analyze but. I currently don't see how they reached this point from his previous trajectory and who they've shown him to be until now. I love the gameplay with the missions and this is exactly what I've been wanting in terms of that but… I feel like Blizzard is about to give Ramattra the Sylvanas treatment and I'm not down with that.

He can be wrong but have the right reasons behind his motivations. He can wage a war with the goal of protecting his people and still be wrong for the way he's chosen to go about it. In my mind, he has an arc far more like Magneto in the latter X-Men films with Fassbender. Complex and turbulent but ultimately too far of an extreme to a noble goal… But you see how he got there, even if you condemn it.

What they have him doing currently? I can't see how he justifies that even in his own mind… He literally has a dialogue with Pharah about how they should have destroyed Anubis. I literally read somewhere how he struggled with his part in the crisis, the lack of free will or conscious decision to take those actions. He literally talks about how omnics are but a single generation, limited, finite.

Ummmm???? Blizzard, why and how have you shaped him into Anubis the Sequel? Please explain this to me???
