Well, @wannafillyou, I'm not exactly female, let alone a young female (I'm a 53-year-old man).
But I used to dress up in feminine apparel and pretend like I was pregnant with an enormous fake twin/triplet homemade belly, made with weighted throw pillows, and I enjoyed doing it a lot until my health took a turn for the worse almost a year ago.
But that's only part of the story; the rest is personal. It's better for me not to do this anymore anyway.
What would you do if you became 50% belly after getting knocked up?

Indeed, I do, @queen-b-and-jay, and I have ever since my latter childhood during the mid-1980's (I turned 18 back in early '89).
Even my late mother was a lovely BBW back in those days, and her big, curvy bottom inspired me to pursue women with BBW body types. Too bad my Asperger's has always failed me in attracting a BBW whom I could call my girlfriend, fiance, or wife 😢😢😢.
