Yeah it is!! Okay! So I'll limit myself to five cause I have a lot of fiction characters that I really really like. These are in no particular order.

HM Murdock from the A-Team. I've loved him since childhood. I used to want to be a pilot cause of him.

Tails from sonic. I grew up on sonic x and this boi. Very very good kid.

Jim Hawkins from treasure planet. He is such a great character! His theme song is top tear.

Hiccup from how to train your dragon. Both the movie and book versions are likeable and relatable

Burt Gummer from tremors. A true legend. Legit the best character from that whole series.

The Shadow/Burt Gummer. (I hope you've seen Tremors, I love that movie)

I love Tremors! It's a perfect film for what it sets out to do, it's got a really fun cast and some stellar creature design, I should rewatch it because I enjoyed it a lot. I don't have many thoughts on how I'd incorporate The Shadow in it though.

Part of the appeal of films like Tremors is that the cast all consists of a disorganized bunch of ragtag losers who still have to put their differences aside to scrape and struggle for a win, and I don't think there's much room for that if they are acting under a unified leadership of a guy who naturally takes control of every situation he steps into or is puppeteering circumstance behind the scenes. Tremors is the kind of circumstance you throw someone like The Spirit or The Spider into, not The Shadow.

The b-movie horror formula that Tremors tunes to perfection allows for genius characters, characters with guns, chessmaster characters (which are nearly always villains), but rarely all of those in one guy, because that gets boring for films that rely on characters being the sole masters of these specific traits to stand out.

I do have plans for horror crossovers with The Shadow, but Tremors is one I don't think works, fun as that could be.
