Im gonna be acting like this isnt my own post
Alright it’s time for some real polls
#both are very much average 7/10 stories#i think first adventure has the problem that its title promises more than it can deliver#on the other hand#first adventure has the same title but i dint feel about it the same way#that might be because i have lower standards for ducktales in general?#but i feel like first adventure delivers more#but there is still lots to like about first adventure#i just feel like first adventure is maybe a pottle too standard#while first adventure does feel like more of a fun original thing with these added characters#the young scrooge in first adventure is porbably better characterized#but the adventure he goes through is just so nothing special#but its not like first adventure is that special either#but i do feel like first adventure succeeds at its goal better than first adventure#so im choosing for the first adventure

#fight for castle mcduck is quite dumb#pepper and blot are ok#but really nothing special#the family drama is so stupid#i cannot take it seriously#how santa stole christmas is a plot that has been done countless times in comics#but here it has that ducktales flavour added to it#because of its universe differing so kuch its able to take it a bit further in that certain direction#scrooge doesnt just dislike santa#he HATES that mf#its been build up through the entire series#and the pay off might be a little weak#but its still very good

Escape from the impossibin is the best episode but I'm too tired to elaborate further.
It's just so much fun okay. All the characters get time to shine, we get an emotional conclusion for Webby and Beakly, (sorta, Webster will find out later it wasn't really that honest but that's for future her to figure out and you could argue it makes the moment here even more devastating) it all manages to make a single location feel so grand, that multiple groups can be split up in it, that they all feel so far away, even though they are in the same place, it has all the funny one liners you could ever wish for and also videogames Scrooge did the videogame thing.
I'm sorry I'm too tired to write down coherent thoughts but impossibin is one of my favorite episodes of this entire series. I had so much fun watching it through 50 30 second clips illegally on YouTube you have no idea. I love it very dearly.
