I have this tremendous fear that “vipers dressed in empaths clothing” is about swifties

The songs on TTPD I relate to most are So Long, London and I Hate It Here! :)

It feels so so weird to hear Taylor say “at the shops”

You have to wonder if she did it because people theorise a double album every time

I can’t tell if the pink and blue are clashing or coming together
On this, my annual return from real life to my swiftie tumblr account, I’d like to share some thoughts.
🔍 We're seeing a lot of two. Two fingers. Two o'clock. The clock reads two o'clock in the Midnights room instead of twelve, and we leave the Midnights room and head into the Department, where a clock also reads two o'clock. Two o'clock, two hours after midnight. It's not quite two years after the Midnights album came out yet, but I wonder if this has something to do with a lyric on TTPD.
🔍 The two desks and two typewriters in the Department - one for Taylor and one for William Bowery? Seeing as they often wrote together, maybe they are both viewed as poets, but perhaps only one of the pair is tortured.

I am so excited to find new parallels and maybe get some more context for songs like Hoax

If this album is for the ones who held on to love and waited it out for someone to step up and bring something to the table, tortured themselves waiting for something to change for the better, when this happens we'll be fine and I'll be happy, but ultimately had to put themselves first and walk away, I'm about to go through some catharsis, cancel my therapy appointment.

I hate to be that person, but I feel like we might be headed for another post-1989 crash and burn. All eyes are on Taylor right now, she’s never been this popular, everybody’s making money off her, and I’m a little bit scared that it’ll slowly turn into everyone loving to hate her again.
