FLICKING THROUGH THE PAGES OF A BOOK HE FOUND in the prop room, elias busies himself with something not work related for once. he glances up, hearing a familiar voice. “shit, yeah. i almost forgot.” eli mumurss, standing from his seat. “you know, surprisingly we aren’t behind -- must be your lucky day.” he laughs. “ how’s your day been, jess?”

sliding into the door of the royals set right on time for their lunch date, jesse yawned from the exhaustion that was beginning to creep in. that’s what happens when you get to set at 4:30 in the morning and having gone non stop for hours. “knock knock,” jesse chimed as he tapped on elias’s dressing room door. “we still on for lunch or are you guys behind today?”

GROWING UP IN FRONT OF THE BLINDING, FLASHING LIGHT --- elias effortlessly poses, stopping at each of his marks. adding just the right amount of moodiness in each half smile. the chaos of the photographers calling out names really has just become white noise at this point. it’s so loud he almost missed the voice approaching. hands lackadaisical in his pockets, his eyes rest on the other. he lets out a small scoff. “and miss the chance to be around your glowing personality? not a chance.” he replies flatly though, t wasn’t entirely sarcasm.

LIGHTS FLASHING , HER NAME BEING SCREAMED BY VARYING TIMBERS ——- the paps treated every red carpet as if it were feeding time at the zoo . saba’s grin was sanguine , beautifully bright as she carefully posed . she did the counting in her mind , angles working in her favor . as she lifted a hand to brush hair over her perched shoulder , she spotted a familiar face . with a gasp , she practically pranced over to them . the shutters of cameras followed her all the way. “ i’ll give it to you , babe ” saba said softly , a counterfeit smile gracing her lips “ you’ve got a pair on you . never thought you’d show up here . ” as she spoke , saba leaned in to give air kisses . the practice was perfect as she shifted from cheek to cheek .

elias atwal was born in ontario, canada on may 23rd into a family of 3 kids. he lived with his parents, 2 sisters, a brother, and his grandmother.

his mom was a college professor, his dad was an author. his grandmother worked as a casting director

literally the MINUTE he popped out of his mom… his grandma was trying to see what she can get him casted in. so every baby ever in those really bad canadian soap operas? elias. he was in mostly local shows like that sooo barney-esque shows and soap operas.

due to all of this success you could say boy’s a lil vain. he did not really have a classic childhood since he grew up essentially in front of cameras. really, he just grew used to all of the attention, the interviews, the behind the scenes work it takes to be an actor.

but, he started taking acting a little more seriously when he was 14, falling out of the soap opera baby/kid phase of his career and into scripts he genuinely liked and wanted to be apart of.

in an effort to mature as an actor one he was about 17/18, elias kind of swore off television for awhile; starring in more indie/artsy vibe films

later tried his hand in poetry and script writing but those passions never really went all that far. has a handful of poems that he planned on turning into a book but never did.

so when the script for royals circulated he almost passed up the audition opportunity. still, he read it. fell in love. and the rest if history.
