i'm curious how many people also don't experience cramps as their main symptom, because back pain is the worst for me by far it's usually how i can tell my period is coming up too
#i rarely ever get abdominal cramps and instead feel like someone has lodged rocks in my spine vertebrae#also insane fatigue like i have the flu#the back pain also radiates all the way down both legs and into my feet

so after talking about this with both neurotypical and neurodivergent irls i'm actually curious, as a person who can't mask to save my life:
*While I am mainly seeking answers from other people with autism, answers from people with other neurodiversities that have "noticeable/stereotypical" behavior patterns would also be great!!
I know that there's gonna be a lot of sampling bias here but I think I just wanna hear from others like me. idk i've never run a poll like this before

#there is so much nuance to this i don't really know how to answer but i voted decent#i think that if anyone interacts with me long enough they will notice something “off”#masking is also exhausting and has caused me prolonged severe burnout which has in turn affected my ability to mask#i also care less about masking the older i get#(i'm 30)#i'm also very introverted so i don't often NEED to interact with others and my traits are mostly interpersonal in nature
