I had so much fun this weekend! I was drinking so much on friday and saturday with all my good friends. Yesterday and today I had cheatdays.
Tomorrow I start with my diet again and I'm going to weigh myself! But all my friends said that I look very skinny, so I'm excited.

Rules for November:
- first week I want to fast as long as I can
- If I b1nge, I need to p3rge it all out
- the next day after a b1nge, I need to walk at least 20.000 steps
- no more drinking alcohol, except for the 11.11.2023
- I want to fast about 4 days a week
- there is one Cheatday allowed this month, but not more!
- After half a month of my diet I weigh myself 🫣 I'm scared, but I need to know the number on the scale

It's been hell. I had 3 Cheatdays in a row. I'm fucking bloated and feel like the dumbest bitch in the fucking universe
My mental health is 💀 one of my close friends died 3 years ago in a car accident. Halloween is the anniversary, so I'm not really into it.
The plan is now, to fast as long as possible. November is the month to start over
I fucking get this and lose so much weight this month! ✨️🙏

I've been drinking and had a Cheatday. It's been a fucked up month, so I decided to make a new diet plan. If I don't stick to the plan I need to do 10.000 extra steps a day.
On 11.11.2023 I'll drink, thats hopefully the only day.
I can do this. No more excuses!
