Im soo glad you asked ! Osnyn is a triton who does Not remember how she got all the way from the undersea to the surface, no memory at all except for some vague visages of 3 eyes and a blue mist, she got picked up by pirates and raised as one, before they kinda retired and she settled in a farm in loffinglot with her (adoptive) father and becoming a performer at the local carnaval.

Tho she really missed being at sea and was not so happy in loffinglot, she joined a crew ! The Dawn's Petrichor ! She is now sailing on, collecting all sorts of stories, getting cursed, and maybe on her way to find out how she got so far away from her home in the undersea

She is a little pirate triton, who is a very happy and curious individual sailing with the Petrichor Pirates! That curiosity is what has gotten her this this however...

She suffers from a curse named the Ashen Curse, which began with a scratch on her left palm from a cursed ring. This affliction causes her skin to become rough and ashy, forming "cracks" on fiery wounds that do not bleed, and leads to intense heartburn if it spreads to her chest, which is the state Osy finds herself in.

This drawing depicts her giving up; she's tired of containing the curse and weary of hopelessly searching for a cure. Grappling with the idea that the curse may ultimately claim her life. With a heavy heart, she begins to contemplate the possibility that the fiery fate may be inevitable. Alone, because she believes herself a danger for all she holds dear; her crew, her family, her captain, her father... The resignation in her eyes speaks to the emotional turmoil she has endured and her waning hope for a different outcome.

The titles is a line from Burn The Witch by Shawn James that basically inspired the whole piece lmao
