Is it possible to do the SSC CGL and UGC NET preparation at the same time?
Hello Aspirants!
Yes, Definitely.
NET basically tests your subject knowledge and if you have read well during your college, it won't be that difficult for you. It also depends on your subject. I had commerce and most of the preparation for NET was from Graduation books. Hence, I could qualify it in the first attempt itself.
One more positive aspect is that the exam cycle for both the exams is different which can be taken advantage of. NET is a one time thing.
Strategy-
The strategy would depend on when you are starting your UGC NET preparations. If I assume that you want to attempt NET and Cgl you can give around 4–5 hours to NET and along with that, 2–3 hours to CGL. It will help you build a base for CGL. Even when NET exam approaches, give 1 hour to CGL( to maintain continuity). After you are done with NET, give full attention to CGL. Solve as many mock papers as you can, for both the exams.
Revision is most important thing, revise as much as you can. Solve as many questions as possible. Would be nice if you solve it online.
Hope the above information helps you.

How does some one prepare for UGC NET EXAM while working 10 hours a day?
Hello Aspirants!
It is a myth that people working for 9-10 hours per day cannot devote their time to the preparation of UGC NET. It is not only possible to prepare during your work phase but also possible to crack the exam ultimately. I am going to share a few tips that might help you to prepare while you work.
First, you need to be consistent in your preparation. Time constraint is not a big problem if you are studying every day for the exam. Chart out a timetable where you can divide the topics of your concerned subject into time slots. Finish the topics on time and do not keep backlogs.
The second thing is the smart selection of NTA UGC NET study material. Since you are already spending limited time for your preparation, you need to focus more qualitative reading than quantitative reading. Consider sticking to the one-course material. And that should be a paid course as you will get the updated videos here. A Pendrive course from Study IQ should suffice for your preparation. The video lectures are concise and easily comprehensible.
The final thing is the revision. You should start your revision a few weeks before the scheduled date of the exam. At this crucial time, your focus should be completely on the exam. Spend more time recalling all the finished chapters. Do not pick up any new book or study material as it will create more confusion. Instead, choose mock test papers to practice for the exam. This will also boost your self-confidence.
I hope these steps will help you prepare better in between your busy work schedule. Wish you good luck.

How should one crack the UGC NET?
One thing that makes practice easier is doing as many questions as possible on regular basis.
Pick up the previous year papers and solve them without any help first, then pick up the answer keys (don’t rely 100% on books for the accurate answer keys, hardly there is any; try to download as many answer keys as available from the CBSE NET website only).
Give yourself marks and then concentrate on those questions and topics that you did wrong, (also concentrate on the questions that you did right, for example you know about only one option and that happens to be the correct answer too, about rest 3 options -you are unaware of; thinking that such questions don’t need attention because you ultimately did them right would be a mistake).
So you need to brush up your content for NTA UGC NET that you don’t know or understand in a single paper or a set of questions, don’t just solve a paper, use google, books to find and understand the right option, and try to know about the options you are unaware of even for the questions attempted correctly by you.
So basically you are developing content from the questions.
Also, judge your performance on the basis of the marks that you are getting in the previous papers or the sample papers. Make sure that they are improving day by day. This way you would be able to work on your weaknesses and be able to realize your strengths.
If you would start from the content, it would be boring and you will be like what to do or what to not but questions will develop your approach of thinking, and your confidence too.
Make sure you are completing your previous years in the specified time for each paper so that timing doesn’t remain an issue.

How can I clear ugc net (HRM) exam?
Hello UGC NET aspirants!
Well, the UGC NET Exam is soon going to take place, so you should keep yourself prepared to fight the race with full-fledged preparations.
I understand that the syllabus of HRM is quite long and it is challenging to complete the entire syllabus and topics with efficiency. So, here I’d like to provide you a plan through which you can possibly cover the enough syllabus to win success in the UGC NET exam.
First of all, chalk out the important topics of the subject UGC NET HRM.
Meaning/Objective/Nature
Operative Functions of HRM
Role of HR Manager/Personnel Manager
Type of HR Policies/Essentials
Job Analysis/Methods
Recruitment/Process/Recent Trend in Recruitment
Selection
Placement
Induction
Performance Appraisal
HR Techniques
These are some of the important topics of UGC NET HRM code 55.
Prioritize these topics and start preparing with these. Take one or two topics each day and study them from the scratch.
Study so deeply that not a single aspect of these topics can be left behind.
Now, when you finish a single topic, perform its revision instantly so that it can store in your memory.
Do this when you finish every topic. After the completion of all the important topics, you can move to the phase-II topics that are important but less than the phase-I topics.
By continuing the above procedure, when you’ll cover the 70–80% of the syllabus, you can take a mock test or solve the previous year’s papers to test your performance level.
Hope it helps.

What are some quick tips for clearing the UGC-NET Commerce in one go?
Hello UGC Aspirants!
To prepare well for NET exam one must follow the few tips we are sharing below.
Selection of Quality Materials
Know the syllabus well and refer the reliable sources for this. Go topic wise for the best and concise resources.
Previous year Papers are important
Make sure you solve all the recent previous year test papers, must ensure not to invest time on topics which have been removed from the syllabus.
Significance of previous year Papers
The very mistake which every second student does is to mug up the syllabus rather than mastering concepts as per topics priority, thinking that question will not be repeated at all.
UGC NET exam does not repeat the questions from UGC NET previous year test papers but of course it repeats the concept.
Time Management Skills
Go through the difficulty levels of topics well so that you may identify the easy questions and solve them. One who just get stuck in questions and concludes, late or wrong, have chances of not to clearing the cut off even. At least solve the questions of the concepts you are sound at.
Following are the topics that are not in new syllabus, so do not spend a single minute on these topics, even while solving previous year test papers.
Environmental Protection, Second Generation Reforms (Business Environment), Data Processing and Computer Applications (Business Stats), Communication (OB), Industrial Relations and Social Security (HRM), ADB (IB), Working of Stock Exchanges (Accounting/FM), Assessment of Firms (Income Tax)

How do I crack the UGC NET Law 2021?
Hello Aspirants!
I am here by sharing the strategy with you people.
First, Check out the syllabus, do a thorough reading of all the components or the portions that you are giving. I chose to skip labour law and legal theory because those are not my strong points so do not waste time on such things. Don’t start rote learning at this stage.
Now, go through the past year questions, and identify the important topics within the portions given in the UGC NET Syllabus, after a couple of attempts of the past year paper, it will be easy for you to identify the topics which are asked. Don’t rote learn past year questions because barring a few exceptions, they are seldom repeated.
Make a well-structured study plan for preparation and keep at least 2 topics for each day. Make sure you do study at least 7 hours to get grip on these topics.
Once you have identified the important topics, now is the time to start memorizing them by heart.
Appear for several mock test papers as this will help you a lot in analyzing your potential.
Would be really helpful if you practice online.
All the best to everyone attempting it!

I am preparing for the UGC NET political science. What are some strategies and books?
Hello UGC NET aspirants!
If you are willing to prepare for UGC NET Political science, keep the following point in mind.
For paper 1-
There is no need to chase multiple sources, as one sources only would suffice. It requires a good practice and one-month dedication.
Solve a variety of questions and look for the easier approach.
Set a target to attempt all questions and at least 35 questions correctly.
Now Coming to political Science, the syllabus is vast so making priority is important.
Cover the easier topics with good marking weightage first and then proceed to moderate ones.
For the topics which are too difficult to handle, you may refer UGC NET previous year question paper and take out the specific sections from which questions are asked.
For the concepts, must make the short notes, you cannot go the entire chapters all over again, would be better if you maintain a flow chart for every chapter, things which have a visual character, last longer in our mind.
Practice a lot of questions, make sure to solve the questions given at the end of the chapters.
Appear for mock test papers such as a finish touch to the preparation.
Do not skip previous year test papers.
Thanks a lot.
