Lately some days are harder then others, im not usually a sad person. But today I woke up just a little more sadder and just no energy, some people will say this is depression but I dont believe it is, I think it is just my anxiety and for some odd reason it’s keeping me down and I want to be happy and enjoy the beautiful weather and play with my dogs, but now Im sitting at my desk on my computer by myself. I have been a little sick for a while and some days I just feel hopeless and groggy and gross and Im actually trying but it’s hard and I dont know what to do but lay in bed and either think or sleep.

Well, that’s a wrap on the first episode of the final season. Directing was intense…as you can clearly see. Here is my transformation back to good ol #DeanWinchester. Feels good. #Spn15 #spnfamily

Can you believe it, it’s already August and by time we all know it we will be putting our halloween decorations up. But this time of year is my favourite, it’s time where the leaves fall and a new season is about to begin where we will be having our sunday nights in with a cup of hot chocolate and watch as the rain comes down our windows. Autumn is really so serene and relaxing and just gives us all time to look at where we are in our lives or maybe this could be a whole new beginning for somebody, this is the time where we truly change ourselves maybe starting a new career or maybe just starting to build your family, this is the time where we can look either backwards or forwards and see where it is all going. Maybe somebody just got engaged or someone just got a promotion at work, or maybe someone real close passed and just trying to get through the next day, unfortunately not everyone’s change will be happy or exciting but I feel that this Autumn is going to be unexpected, exciting and maybe overwhelming but I do believe that everyone out there is strong and brave and loved by everyone that they have even way more support and hopefully we just try to live our lives as best we can, be with people who make our days a million times better and just be kind and lovely to everyone. You never know maybe saying “hi” to that guy or girl by herself made his or her day even better, just be kind and beautiful to everyone because I do believe that just by one simple kind act a day will lead to a whole new and crazy better world. I love you all, and hope that everyone know’s that they are all beautiful and strong and loved. xoxo
