Wentworth had originally got the job as Lake Grimstones handy man to make some extra money. But he wasn’t expecting to enjoy it half as much as he did. Yes the work wasn’t glamorous, nothing impressive but he liked that it helped others in Lake Grimstone no matter what side they are on. It wasn’t unusual to get a request by residents from the government. Normally they weren’t big jobs, maybe a light switch was faulty or a blocked sink. Wentworth had arrived at the residents house he knocked on the door “Grimstone Maintenance, here to fix your paradise.” He was workshopping the tag line

Wentworth laughed at Flynn’s priority’s “Well there’s a cheat if that helps. Just press the buttons in the right combination and it’ll think it’s get tested and give you the highest score possible.” Wenty knew flynn wouldn’t want that, what gamer would? “Well if you’d love me as much as I love you, you’d be worried flynnster.” Wenty retorted. “I was think broccoli, chicken in a cheese sauce? What do you think? I’d have to stop by the shop on the way back but they should have what I need.”

“Exactly, that’s why I didn’t want to do that to you flynnster.” He was workshopping the nickname. “Honestly we need to work on that, I don’t know how but mate it’s something you need.” Wenty didn’t care what he’d have to do to help Flynn he’d just do it. “Bud theirs a difference between being a phone guy and answering a text… or twenty” Wenty laughed hard because that was the exact number he left. “About three hours, it started off as should I cook dinner and then just spiralled.”
Flynn didn’t like nicknames. Not at all. But this was Wentworth and he wasn’t just going to tell his friend to stop. “Something I need?” Flynn asked and shook his head back and forth. “What I need is to beat my high score on Tetris.” He said, motioning towards the VR set he had just been using. “Three hours? You act like it’s been three weeks.” Flynn waved him off, trying not to worry the other. “I get really into my games.” He shrugged his shoulders. “Did you figure out what you are cooking for dinner?” At that question, his stomach started to growl.

Wenty had only been a handyman for w few weeks by the work seemed pretty routine, change a light bubel here, unblocked a drain there. Wentworth had walked in with his ladders and spare light bulbs, ticking off each room as he went.
Wenty stumbled as he went into the room Elizabeth was in. He wasn’t expecting the ground to vibrate and dropped his ladder. “Just like a rollercoaster.” He said with a wide smile picking up his ladder. “You don’t mind if I change that do you?” He gestured to the flickering light. “ I can use my power and you’ll never know I’m here.” He gave her the option
Living in Grimstone Park only created more need for Elizabeth to master her power. She, of course, was no where near mastering it, but it no longer had a hold on her like it used to. She was happy that she was no longer causing random earthquakes when she was emotional, but not wanting to slip back into that uncontrollable madness is what drove her to train every single week, sometimes even multiple times a week. It wasn’t mandatory in Grimstone Park, but it was in her mind.
Elizabeth shuffled her feet on the ground, creating a wide, even, stance as she used her power to cause vibrations to radiate through the ground. It wasn’t enough to cause the ground to shift and break, but it was enough to cause whoever wasn’t ready a bit of a balance check. She hummed to herself, letting the energy from the earth fill her body as she turned and began walking, trying to control the earth to the point that the vibrations would focus more around her and not in the whole facility.
Her eyes flickered towards someone walking into the facility and she quickly dropped to the ground. She placed her hands on the floor, using her energy to will the earth to stop shaking. Her breath was coming in pants now as she flicked her head up and smiled at the person in front of her. “Hope I didn’t give you too much of a ride there.”

Wentworth watch with a smirk placed on his lips as Lorie accepted his challenge, everyone came off the bull eventually just some sooner then others “ If you stay up there for longer then a minute, I’ll buy you drinks. It’s not everyday you meet someone who’s so eager to humiliate me.” Wentworth stood there and watched Lorie wondering exactly when she’d fall off, but surprisingly he stayed on far longer then he had expected

Lori rolled her eyes, accepting the challenge with a toss of her jacket. “You’re so on. Be prepared to be humiliated.” She stepped forward, tossing a coin to the ride worker, and hoisted herself up onto the mechanical bull. She gripped the rope, and thought back to the nights spent in the rodeo bar, in the back alley of a New York street, riding one of these things in front of the whole of her precinct during her days as a detective. “Hit it, Cowboy,” she yelled to the worker. As the bull jolted to life, Lori’s grip tightened. She was not going to fail.

Oh god what had he just got himself into, he should really think next time before he opened his mouth “ you know there’s nothing I’d love more then matching tattoos, so if you brings a design your completely sure on we can get them.” It wasn’t like he could tell her no after all the Tattoos Wentworth had.

There’s a part of Wentworth that would give the world for his daughter and that only gets amplified when she asks him for things. “Well looks like certain death for me, but we should do more then just a bungee jump if I’m getting murdered anyway.” He played along with his joke from before. Wenty walked up to the area and read the sign that showed what exactly was on offer “Alexa they do tandem jumps, how about we do it together?”
Alexa was no fool and knew that the minute she asked her father to do something that he would do it, he wanted her to be happy and she loved that. “She won’t kill you… just hurt you… really, really bad.” Alexa joked. Her eyes lit up at her father’s words and she nodded. “Yes! I would love that… and after all this we can go get matching tattoos?” She asked, this request though, she was sure would get her a big fat no.

Wentworth Hep his breath for a minute there, thinking the worse. But when she said it was jealousy he let out a sigh “you know getting jealous is what makes us human” he told her. “ I understand why you do, because I do also. It’s almost impossible not to when they get to leave this place.” Wentworth felt the same, he’d loved to take his little girl to Paris but he’d have to let her have those experience with her mum. “ I don’t think you need forgiveness for it honestly. You know I remember a fact that humbled me to a point. The Greek gods, they were pron to fits of jealousy, glutany, warthfulness and they were gods. So I think we can get away with slipping up.”

“Oh, you know, nothing too bad. Just one of the seven deadly sins but like all the time.” Sophia murmured, her hand moving to play with the ends of her hair. “I’m jealous of those that live in Park, I guess. That they can go out and see their family or do what they want. I mean, it’s great for them and I’m happy for them but every single time someone mentions going out there there’s so much jealousy there. And I have to ask for forgiveness every time and I just… Is there much point asking for forgiveness each and every time?” Part of her more wondered if she should even ask for forgiveness, if it was something she needed to ask forgiveness for. Everyone got jealous sometimes, right?

Ever since Wentworth was young he was always a forgettable soul, so much so when he was a baby he was left at the hospital. he was quickly sent to an orphanage. At first, he would have given anything to be chosen to join a family, but as families came and go they all did the same, they never noticed Wentworth. At twelve Wentworth found his stride with a group of fellow orphans, who all shared the common connection of being overturned, they called them self the lost souls. The group of troubled teens used that common connection to their advantage and stole from shop keepers, first it was small a chocolate bar here a can of pop there. unlike the rest of the group who would get caught every now and then, no matter how obvious Wentworth was they never saw him. But as the gang’s confidence rose so did their recklessness and ambition.
The lost souls set their eyes on a jewelry store, where if they pulled off the highest correctly they would be sitting pretty for the rest of their lives. But like all these big time scores it went wrong, they had been betrayed. All of the lost souls but Wentworth were sent to prison with life sentences and that when he truly found out he had a power, as the group were getting carted off by police officers they completely ignored Wentworth like he was invisible. Wentworth never felt right keeping the money he stole, so he gave it all to charity. he never really cared about the money more of the thrill of stealing made it worth while for him. And so the story of London’s Saint began, stealing from the rich to give to the poor, never being caught, never being seen. But every legend has to end, Wentworth wanted to steal from the biggest, The Bank of England. everything was going smoothly until he power stopped working and was caught red handed.
The government could tell there was something different about the young man because no one could break into the Bank of England like he did with so little effort or help, so they shipped him off to Lake Grimstone. Wentworth has been at Lake Grimstone, and living at Grimstone Point for a few years, keeping under the radar with his power. He needs to get better at his power before he went back to his city.

MACKENZIE GARCIA & ALEXA GARCIA-FRANK - Mackenzie is the person that Wentworth fell in love with and had a child with, Alexa Garcia-Frank.
COURTNEY SALDIVAR - Courtney was able to detect his power and that shocked him. They’ve grown close and he’s very protective of the young girl.
BRIANNA REID - Because of her power, Brianna was able to notice Wentworth when almost no one else could. They’ve talked a few times but they are acquaintances.

“Most of her names are from her mothers side, like grandmas and stuff. Well if I was on the outside world it would look strange for a thirty four year old to have a kid who looks eighteen. But hey when your in Lake Grimstone the strange becomes the norm.” Wenty found it amusing at how different this place was. “You’d think so, but I haven’t seen any job listings. and I’ve never had a job, so I doubt that’s gonna go in my favour.” But after this conversation he’d definitely have a stronger look into that kind of work. Wentworth laughed at his mistake when it was pointed out “ I know what you mean. But that normally means it’s difficult and the difficult things have to be done if you want to move on. I could go in with you as support and I’ll try not to disrespect the big man.”
“I guess that’s true. It is a little strange here, when you look at it like that.” Sophia chuckled softly, her shoulders shrugging. “I mean, everyone has to start somewhere, right? Someone will give you a chance, even if it’s not maybe what you want it to be for now. People are a little more understanding in here than in the outside world, I’ve noticed.” She smiled softly, hoping that her words would encourage the man to do whatever it was he wanted to do. “It shouldn’t be difficult, I usually go in there at least twice a week.” The young girl grumbled, sighing at herself. “I guess I’m just struggling to see the point if I’m just going to come back to ask for the same forgiveness over and over again.”

Wentworth had spent the day with Alexa and had just dropped her home, and started his walk back. He wanted to squeeze the most time he could spend with Alexa as possible before he had to go back, that’s why he was cutting it so close to curfew when he saw her. A young woman stumbling past he might have just let her go if she hadn’t noticed him “fun night I take it.” He sopke as she came closer. “I’m heading that way anyway, so of course I can.” As she got closer he could tell how young she was, not underage but far younger then him.
Lucie stood outside Rendezvous, resting briefly before starting her walk back to Point. She was cutting it close on time, she always did, but she really liked to push her limits with curfew. She was more than tipsy, looking around the city in the dark, scanning for anyone to walk with. Noticing someone, she perked up, “Hey!” She shouted, already walking toward them. “Are you leaving? I have to walk back to Point, and I didn’t want to walk alone.” Sure, she had Lu, but Lu was pouting about her choices at the moment. “It’s okay if you’re not going over there, but strength in numbers and all that, right?” Even if she just ended up walking them back to their house, it was good to have a little company.
