🦇DIABOLIK LOVERS IN THE SAME UNIVERSE AS CARNELIAN BLOOD?🦇

There is a HIGH possibility these two may be in the same universe. This post is based/translated-ish of @sugar-lollipop’s post - READ HERE IN SPANISH.

* Carnelian Blood is a Manga x Music x Live project that was announced around Febuary of this year, made by Rejet which is the same company that created Diabolik Lovers. And according to their Twitter it’s a “A new blood-curdling saga spelled by father and son.” The 5 new guys (who are all brothers) are part of a band called “Erosion.” The manga is on The Official Carnelian Blood Youtube Channel and it is officially dubbed in japanese. They also post samples of the CD Dramas, which are called Voice Dramas in this case.

SO, Why are we saying these universes are connected? Well, there seems to be many aspects in Carnelian’s story that HEAVILY connects these two.

🌹 First, and something small to note, is that Satoi is the ilustrator for Carnelian Blood and she was also the original ilustrator for Diabolik Lovers. Now for the real interesting part.

🌹 In the most recent chapter Rejet has released in Youtube (Chapter V) the Vibora, Wolf & Alder/Eagle Clans are mentioned. These three clans are sub-species that were formed by the Founders a.k.a Carla’s & Shin’s race.

🌹 At the end of that same chapter, the “Arrival of the Red Moon” is mentioned; remember that during this time the powers of vampires are weakend AND IF THAT WEREN’T ENOUGH:

🌹 * The Complete Synopsis for Carnelian Blood literally mentions the Founders (also known as First Bloods, same thing) and “The Illness that killed them” obviously refering to the Endzeit. It also mentions how the Founders were locked away at this place called Banmaden (also known as Pandemonium) which is the castle where the Founders, Carla, Shin & their whole specie, lived at. You can read the English Translation of the synopsis, done by @kurokosworth, HERE.

🌹 The most impressive thing in the synopsis is that it seems that the character ‘Carnelian Brecht’ may be the creator of the Endzeit…. You know what that means?! That he’s the one at fault for creating such a virus that ended with one of Diabolik Lover’s most powerful races. Well… almost since Carla and Shin are still alive…

🌹 *** Another small note is that in the CD/Voice Drama, named “Dangerous Brothers”, it is mention that the 5 boys go to Japan, Kaminashi, not only for their debut but also because they went there as a mission to get something or someone THING IS at around the end of the full CD drama, you can hear an old BGM that was utilized for Diabolik Lover’s older situations CD’s (You can listen to original DL BGM in this VIDEO at 6:49 min) ALTHOUGH keep in mind that Rejet tends to reuse their bgms STILL it’s something to take note of.

🌹 *** In another CD/Voice Drama called “Exciting School Life” it is mentioned that the boys, once they arrived to japan, they have to attend school, which most of the brothers didn’t want to but didn’t have a choice. These 5 guys assist the school named “Hoshiin” and on their way there, a character named Toxin took a wrong direction and his brother Neight stops him and tells him “That’s the direction towards the other school “Ryoutei”. Ryoutei is the High School the Diaboys attend at. (Thank you @46snowfox for clearing this up for me!) (You can also listen to them mention the school at the end of the sample)

🌹 Finally, the Carnelian Blood Manga takes place during the 18th centry. Which makes it possible that we may see the great battle that happened between the First Bloods/Founders versus KarlHeinz & Burai and/or the creation of the Endzeit.

☪ All of this is made my brain EXPLODE. If they ever do an actual crossover, show us the war or we see young Carla & Shin in a different perspective- I’LL DIE. That would be SO cool and it’s already cool enough that Rejet decided to connect these two stories like woah.

Once again, thank you to @sugar-lollipop & @46snowfox for noticing this and bringing it to light because this is really … something like WOW. I’m still in shock hahaha

For those who speak spanish, if you guys wish to learn more about Carnelian Blood @46snowfox translates the manga in spanish (The translation is in the comment section of each chapter) and unfortunetly only the first chapter is translated in English (Turn on the subtitles of the video) but if you know of anyone who is doing the other chapters, please do tell me!

This is not drama, this is just something to think about. I thought gathering some opinions might broaden the viewpoint.

And they love fictional characters, just as I do.

This only applies to those who feel the older generation have no business in fandoms like Twisted Wonderland.

I was reading "the broken statue" and I was wondering.. Karlheinz has all this strength, did he ever killed an human by accident? Like, he was just drinking and then POF, dead? If you could do some angst *-*

I’m not sure if you wished for headcanons or a fic! I’ve done a very, very short fic here but please feel free to ask again for a longer fic if that’s what you’d prefer! ≿————-　❈　————-≾ ≿————-　❈　————-≾ ≿————-　❈　

“Karl?! Karl, stop!!” Julianna pleaded, struggling to pull Karlheinz’s arms from around the young human. Their screams ringing in her ears as the noise echoed in throughout the room.

Karlheinz couldn’t hear her pleas, he couldn’t even register the cries of pain from the human who’s throat he was close to ripping out.

Julianna covered her mouth, stopping herself from crying out farther as she heard the sickening cracking of bones - knowing it was too late. She backed away from the sight as the human hung limply in Karl’s arms, their screams dying down after their spinal cord shattered.

The slowing of their pumping blood is what finally caught his attention, causing Karlheinz to open his eyes. The color shifted smoothly from striking crimson to shimmering gold. A look of regret covered his face for the briefest of moments as he opened his arms and the body collapsed onto the ground. Contorted into a horrifying position, the young human girls lifeless eyes were still clear to see.

Julianna’s cries finally reached his ears ad Karlheinz summoned magic within him to rewind the day. “Yui...You killed Yui...”
