Last night’s Strawberry Moon from the Upper West Side, NYC.
Here two images of yesterday’s strawberry moon.
One of them went viral on Facebook page with over 14.000 views in 12 hours.
I was thrilled to see so many notifications coming at once, and they’re still coming!

A comparison of three different 50mm lenses attached to Sony a6000 using adapters.
1 - Canon 50mm f/1.4
Commlite ComTrig AF Mount Adapter EF-NEX fr Canon Lens to Sony+IS Exact Exposure
2 - Pentax 50mm f1.4 Super Takumar
Fotga M42 Adapter Ring for Sony NEX
3 - Nikon 50mm f/1.4 NIKKOR-S Auto
K&F Nikon AI AF-S Lens to Sony NEX
All images shot in RAW and were not modified at all.
The Canon is the only of the three that has auto focus and chip, however it was used manually for comparison purposes.
First thing you notice is the yellow look of the Pentax (mid pictures). That’s because it’s natural “vintage” coloration. Also it cuts light, notice the speed difference with same setting compared to the other two lenses.
More notes and pictures of the camera with the different lenses coming soon.

Composed this image out of two captures. Taken hours apart.Around 2.45 a.m. I captured the moon set, 8.30 a.m. the cityscape.Same camera and lens, so everything is proportioned, no joke.
