very true anon! maybe in the future i’ll think about spreading out and writing for several series’ but, at the moment, since this blog was solely focused on valorant for a loooong time, i decided to start with only writing for that source and league since they’re games from the same studio. so more people are likely to be into both, yknow! and that way my valorant only followers don’t get super confused when i start writing for sources other than valorant. lol

that being said, feel free to ask me if i’d be willing to write for a certain source! obv i reserve my right to say no, but there are lots of fandoms and source i’m interested and invested in rn. and i’m always looking for new sources to get into!

alrighty. here’s my story, the long n short of it. under the cut bc this got so long lol

i started this blog during my last year of high school ( can you believe it’s been so long already? ) because around march we all went into quarantine and my friends got me to start playing valorant. i really got into the game because killjoy reminded me a lot of myself, and then i fell in love with what little the game had to offer at the time. i loved the characters, i loved being invested in the little bits of lore we got from cinematics and voicelines, and most of all i loved playing the game. it’s given me some of my happiest memories in a time where i was in a really bad place because of quarantine. it gave me a way to spend time with my friends while we were all apart.

come december, months after i’ve graduated. i’d been running this blog steadily for more than a few months, i was still very invested in the game, i’d even spent money on it. but i also got a job, because i’m at that age where i have to start being independent and working. i was also attending university at the time, and as it all piled up, i began to fall behind. i fell behind in playing the game with friends, and didn’t have the motivation or energy to solo queue. i stopped keeping up with the lore and what was going on with valorant in general. i fell out of the loop.

i always thought about coming back to this blog. even though i never necessarily made any friends through it, i’d like to think i had some sort of impact on the community. the valorant community was one of the first communities i ever heavily involved myself in when it came to posting content; it was the first time my art ever showed up in tags, and the first time i ever posted my writing. i really had a blast writing this blog! i loved this game a lot, and i still rlly love it.

so i’ve been thinking about coming back. definitely not full time like i was in the past, but it makes me rlly sad to see how stagnant this blog has become :-(( but like i said, i’m not as fixated on valorant as i was before. so! that being said, what if i wrote for league of legends too? i could post my league art here as well. that way while i still write for valorant i could also start writing for a source i’m actually interested in currently, so everyone wins! sounds fun, doesn’t it?

anyways, that’s most of what i had to say. stay hydrated gamers

havent touched valorant in months and it’s no longer my fixation ( that spot goes to league now, how ironic HAHA ) but sentrywire still ROCKS and my art looks less shit now so maybe just maybe i will draw them again
