non-lip kisses are my absolute favorite. absentmindedly kissing the back of someone’s palm as you hold hands. chaste forehead kisses and brushes against their cheek. silly boops on the nose. kissing fluttering eyelashes. neck kisses that barely touch skin but are no less passionate. kisses on collar bones or exposed tummies. sloppy kisses at the corners of someone’s mouth. kissing each and every fingertip with a delicate touch.

was talking to my gf about my fear of dying young for being trans and my mom putting my deadname on my gravestone, and she said "i hope that never happens, but if it does, i will carve your name into your grave myself if i have to." and i think theres something extremely raw about that sentiment and trans community in general. you can kill only our bodies, but you cant kill transsexuality

The song and its lyrics are composed by John Lowrie (the Sniper), who alongside Robin Atkin Downes (Medic) is on guitar and vocals. Also on vocals we have Gary Schwartz (Heavy, Demoman) and Dennis Bateman (Spy), while on piano is Ellen McLain (the Administrator). The song details, in Lowrie's words, "the TF2 Mercs' struggle to find the Sandvich for Heavy."
This has made my day

HEY IF YOU ARE READING THIS DO ME A FAVOR
go into another room and pick up a random object and look at it!!
like really look at it!!!
SOMEONE designed that!!
a real life living person set time aside to design that
you will probably never know their name but you should thank them and all the other designers who make the mundane things in your life because otherwise life would be boring with out them

Justice League identity reveal where they don’t know who Batman is and one day a bunch of them walk in on him just casually eating yogurt in the cafeteria with his cowl off. A bunch of them recognize him, a couple don’t, and they’re all shocked.
Turns out Batman didn’t realize none of them knew who he was, since it had taken him all of ten minutes and three google searches to put everyone’s secret identities together and he just assumed they had all figured it out by this point. Or maybe he had meant to tell them and then just forgotten. Either way, he regularly interacts with half of them outside of hero stuff and hasn’t bothered with the whole separate persona thing with them in years. Shouldn’t they really have figured this out by now? So what if he forgot? This is clearly on them.

Please go watch Sex Explained on Netflix. Not only is it a great resource for the basic sex education that is sorely lacking in the U.S., but some of ya’ll need to take a deep breath and remember the difference between fantasy vs reality. This purity culture thing that we’re going through right now is directly harmful to responsible, healthy sexual expression. BTW this woman, Lisa Diamond, is a noted psychologist and has been pushing for greater understanding of womens sexuality as a whole.

Another thing about Monkey Man that's not really important to the story itself but is simply a testament to Dev Patel as a director is the fact that the entire movie was shot on a budget of $10mil, which sounds like a lot but is a pittance in hollywood for the sort of film he was trying to make.
It's frankly a wonder the film got made considering the fact that netflix dropped it in fear of repercussions from Modi's government but ten years ago John Wick came out as a film with half the artistic ambition and allegedly three times the budget. Monkey Man was so strapped for cash that they had to shoot some scenes of GoPros and iPhones but you wouldn't be able to tell just looking at it.

Dress
1870-1880
“This black wool dress features a boned bodice with a standing ruffle collar and fitted sleeves with small gathers at the caps. The sleeves also feature velvet bands around the cuffs that are embroidered and decorated with glass beads. The cuffs have black lace as well. The front of the bodice has matching black velvet panels with the same embroidery and glass beads. The buttons down the center front of the bodice are made of glass. The pleated skirt has a black velvet panel with matching embroidery and beads as well as box pleats at the hem. Features that indicate this dress is from the 1870s are the bustled skirt, the narrow waist, and the close-fitting sleeves.”
