Allah said in the Quran "We created the human being in the best design" this means that God created us as humans in the best possible way even if we don't like who we are.

It is very expensive to change someone's IQ level or appearance through a surgery and has a high risk of death or failure . some studies have shown that an average IQ surgery may cost around 250,000$ dollars . Moreover you could invest that money and become rich , you can buy a new house or a new car instead of  changing your  IQ level or appearance with a surgery.

On the other hand, some people say that it is ethical to  change someone's IQ level or appearance through a surgery. How ever they are wrong because changing  your IQ level or appearance through a surgery will cost you a lot of money and have a high risk of death. You should invest the money you will pay for the surgery to earn more money and improve your social life and then you could have a better life that may make you forget about the surgery.

     Why there must be level of intelligence and having all people smart is a horrible thing? Smart people need to understand that they should have levels of intelligence becasue eventually in their life they will becom unsuccessful regarding his family,friends and the community ,they are usually born to a roxic family because everyone including themselves expects perfection .People need to teach others that there must be levels of intelligence and having alot of smart people on earth is a horrible thing .

     On the first hand,having levels of intelligence is better because they might be annoying .Having alot of smart people on earth is dreadful because smart people often think instead of feel ,they might not learn the value of hardwork because everything is easy for them .,people will aslo get annoyed from them because smart people keep correcting simple and silly mistaked during a normal conversaation .Smart people tend to overthink more than any regular person .In the country that everyone has average level of intelligence this country will be more developed becasue everyone can communicate easily and undersatnd eachother easily,soin this country all people are treated the same because no one is higher than the other .

     There must be level of intelligence.IQ helps in undersatnding things in our daily life ,so evertone has a different IQ level.For example,if there is a child which is a student his IQ level is 70 he will face many obstacles during his session ,he will find classes aee hard and he will not be able to understand easily .While if there is a child his IQ level is 130 he will find classes are easy and he will bet bored easily because he finds the hardest easy and the the easy easier for him,and that shows how smart people will never learn the valuse of hard working .

Have you ever tried to obtain an IQ level surgery ? Nowadays with advanced technology nearly everything is possible when it comes to surgeries. Doctors and scientists now had found a way to change people's IQ level and appearance through surgeries which costs thousands of dollars . People obtain these surgeries due to bullying , low IQ , bad appearance. They change it so that they can get a job or get married.

You should not change your appearance through surgeries. Appearance is not everything . However if you do not like your appearance like for example if you are overweight you have to try working out or going on a diet, On the other hand if you have something that you dislike in your face or skin , you can have a skin routine daily, On the other hand you can change your appearance if it is a medical condition, or if you have facial disabilities which will be necessary. And you should not change your appearance for someone. However it is not ethical to change it as God [ Allah ] created us like that and he created us in the best form . 

Changing your IQ throughout surgeries is not the solution to get higher IQ level. You can achieve higher IQ levels by training your mind through equations or solving problems . Moreover Stephen Hawking once said " people who boast their IQ are losers ." This showed that it is better to change your IQ level by practicing and not by surgeries . However , IQ surgeries are very risky as a high percentage of the surgery is to fail , and from then you will have severe damage in your mind which can not be treated. You can only be excepted if their is a medical condition like for example if you had a car accident and you had to do a surgery then it is necessary. 

On the other hand , others will argue because of their bad appearance and low IQ level they will want to change bossing around saying that it is their body. Yes it is their body and they have full control all over it , but they must be aware of the consequences of the surgery and how it is risky and dangerous,, However , people must accept how they are without changing it through surgeries but hard work. 

To sum up everything , people should not be changing their IQ lever or appearance through out surgeries . However people must accept themselves how they are regarding both appearance and IQ level. People must focus on hard working and not taking shortcuts , and they also must accept themselves how they are.  Having different levels of intelligence will keep on the economic balance because money works by giving people things or services that they don’t have, but if everyone has the same IQ levels, money will be affected negatively because no one will need anything from the other people except commodities.
