Jackson was abusive, Parrish was too old (it wasn't technically illegal but it was still a bit uncomfy), and the Stydia romance to me just took too long and felt a bit crowbarred into S6 because they wanted to finally throw those fans a bone without putting too much effort into it.

Aidia wasn't ground-breaking romance, but it was cute, had an arc, they clearly cared about each other, made each other better in the long run, it all worked surprisingly well.

I just… love the mess that is teen wolf so much. I love the cheap fights with techno music blasting, the funny way they extend their claws, the villains that turn into allies because there’s even worst enemies to defeat, the healing abilities that work or not depending on the plot, the friendship of Scott “I’m not letting him die” McCall and Stiles “Could you aT LEAST thiNK abOUt letting hiM DIE??” Stilinski, the non existent lights from season 5 to 6, the highs and lows of lacrosse, the coach and Greenberg, the random resurrections, ….I just…. there’s twin werewolves that merge into each other creating a big ass dude, there was a dude with a mouth on HiS hAND. I love teen wolf. 

Something something Scott is exhausted.

But he isn't exhausted enough not to notice how terrified his mother his. She's trying to keep it under but it's seeping in her scent. It's sour, it's heavy.

The guilt is eating him up as his mother and Mason help him walk away from the library. It's eating him up because he shouldn't long for that. Not with his mom next to him, clinging to him, face as pale as a ghost. Not when Mason's half-terrified, half-relieved scent barely covers the smell of his own blood. He knows he shouldn't because it wasn't exactly peace but death and Scott doesn't want to die. He doesn't.

But the peace was intoxicating.
