The manor was already dirty enough at times and tomato stains were the last thing the maid wanted to deal with.

[ Dropping this here but Clara’s body is covered in burn marks. These are the remains from when she got burnt on the stake because people thought she’s a witch. Most of it is visible on her legs and her torso. There are some spots on her arms that also have the burn marks but around her shoulders these burn marks are gone. She does keep her legs and all the other places covered beside her arms. ]

[ Just dropping a small headcanon but calling Clara a witch will never end well for the survivors. It is very unlikely that someone knows about it as she is referred by the title “ The Maid. “.
It is more likely that one of the hunters know the cause of her death, but if one of them should call her a witch, she will politely tell them to stop and tell them that she is, in fact, not one.
Clara is still bitter about the fact she died because people thought she was one while, in fact, she was a normal person and it does show. ]

For almost the entire game she’d been chasing him now and when she finally knocked him down, she carried him to the nearest rocket chair before tying him up there, standing there and waiting for the others to arrive and save him just to knock them down and get them as well.
