TOOLS FOR REPARENTING 1. Self care Before helping someone, we should ask ourselves if we feel content within ourselves, with regard to our basic needs, finances, comfort, boundaries etc. We should first feel content within ourselves, so that we could help other from a secure place and not from a sense of lack. 2. Self acceptance Acceptance and embracing all our feelings. Feelings are natural and it's absolutely okay to feel as a basic human experience. Every emotion has a purpose and we should not judge them or suppress them. 3. Neutralization It is necessary to neutralize the internalisation and be more objective and realistic about the sense of one's self worth and responsibilities. We should belive in our own selves. 4. Self love It is very important to love oneself and feel whole and complete within oneself. We should follow our hearts true desire. Without fulfilling our own love needs, we cannot love someone else. We should love ourself as our most beloved. Only when our own cup is full of love and abundance, then only we can share that with others. 5. Self expression We should allow ourselves to express ourselves in an uninhibited manner without fear. If we want to paint, write, dream or any other way that we like, we should allow ourself to do that without any judgement. 6. Intuition Our intuition is our connection to the soul, our guidance from our Creator. We could pray, meditate and use various other techniques to connect and align to our Intuition. We should trust our own Intuition without fears or doubts. The decisions that we make should be love/abundance based instead of fear/insecurity based. 7. Flow We should allow ourself to flow, be in the moment and relax rather than just striving for productivity under a lot of stress and anxiety. It's important to first BE, connect to the self, align to the soul, relax and get into natural flow that enhances the productivity.
