The very unique stone of Helen Cuming. She was the daughter of Doctor John Cuming and Abigail Wesson. Helen was born in Concord, MA on May 18, 1755 and died there on September 24, 1759 aged just 4 years. The most unique part of her gravestone is the snapped rosebud design at the bottom—very common during the Victorian era, but not so much during the Colonial era. It was an absolutely gorgeous day to be a DAR Daughter today in Concord for Patriots Day.
