Gym has been going well for awhile as well as tracking everything on MyFitnessPal, even on the m̶a̶n̶y̶ bad days (about to hit that 364 day streak!) but I really need to ramp it up now! It's time I get over the anxiety and start being annoying again with the fitspo posts like I used to cause the accountability really did a lot to keep me on track and put more effort in compared to doing it in silence like I've done post 2020 while waiting for some 💣 before and after pic 💪🐶
Back and biceps today with an excessive amount of deadlifts lol. You the real MVP, spine. Maybe I'll be sexy at 6% body fat...Until then this long ass journey continues
Dad jokes aside, today was really short. I had no energy after this crazy work week, and I was crunched for time. Still, something is better than nothing, and I won’t feel guilty for skipping leg day.
My weight journey has bounced so much. Heavy bulk to lean cut. One thing I’ve learned is to have a specific outcome you must first know what it is. You are the ruler of your body! You must command your body to follow your will & and it will! You are the master of your own mind. Take that tip and add it to your regiment and watch your results boost substantially
