🦋Will: i definitely think he’s so in tune with you, and your emotions. he learns your cues very well, and knows every little thing about you that there is to learn. if you’re having a bad day, he’ll notice right away. he won’t comment on it though. all he’ll do is these little things to try to cheer you up, but it’s going to be very subtle. he’ll let u rest your head on his shoulder, run his fingers through ur hair. he’ll sneakily buy you your favorite snack. doesn’t bring anything up until you do. ends the day with cuddles and a movie

🦋Tom: he notices but he doesn’t really know how to react. not because he doesn’t know what to do, but because he doesn’t want to trigger you or deepen your sadness in any way. he’s very careful with you. if it’s something throughout the day, he’s very quiet and tender with you, just silently lets you rest your head against his chest and rubs your back/arm tenderly. as you’re walking home he asks if you want to talk about it, and reminds you that it’s good to, but it’s also okay if you don’t want to.

🦋Bruno: not a single sad moment with bruno here. seriously you cannot breathe. ok but in all honesty, when you’re sad. he’s sad. sends you memes, and you’ll be laughing at them with tears streaming down your face because you don’t really know what you’re feeling anymore. he does a lot of tiktok trends with you, any of the couple ones. grabs your faces and smooch all over. until you have no choice but to laugh. if you want to cry even more, he’ll watch the notebook and the vow a thousand times over, and be a sobbing mess next to you.

🦋Dylan: he’s so bad at this please help him. like he can tell your sad, because he’s very good at reading people anyways. when you two get to be alone and he kinda notices how quiet you are, he just nudges you slightly, and pulls you to him. it’s easier to talk to you, he’s calmer, when he can’t directly look at you. when he feels you start to shake in his arms, feels the wet tears down your cheeks as you start to sob in his arms, his heart kinda breaks. all he can do is hold you, but it’s what you need. and he’ll listen too, if that’s what you need as well.

🦋james: i think he notices, but doesn’t bring it up at all. the way he goes about it is he’ll tease you to try and bring a smile on your face. because this is James, and you know him well enough, you know the truth behind his background enough to appreciate it if it doesn’t work, he’ll just start to make fun of people in front of you, pointing random people out with you and just being like “wanna bet on what’s making their relationship fall apart” he subtly makes you feel better until you yourself approach him about whatever’s upsetting. actually gives 10/10 advice bc he’s very honest.

🦋Youcef: he’s so empathetic oh my god notices immediately. “babe what’s got you so upset” with a big pout on his face and when you just mumble “nothing” so low he barely catches it and instead throw yourself into his arms, he gives you a big, certified youcef bear hug. doesn’t leave your side at all. constantly mutters sweet nothings and encouragements. if you do the bare minimum like make it through work he’ll meet you after and be all “im so proud of my pretty girl" cuddles all day. all night. he’s not very good at advice but he is the best listener so attentive and you’ll feel a huge weight lifted.

🦋Oliver: cheers you up by making you forget literally everything. replaces the sadness in your brain with just pure serotonin in any way he can think of. he’ll take you to an amusement park, get ice cream with you, take you to the carnival in town, to the park, to the beach, to the pool, take you up to his house literally anything. and then he’ll say something like “life’s too short to spend it being sad over anything,” he’s so understanding, and if you’re frustrated or something he’ll tell you to let it out by like wrestling him or some shit. exhausts you so much and you’re filled to the brim with dopamine. he makes sure you’re always happy, never seeing a dull moment in your relationship with him.

General Lucas Headcanons Pt. 1

Hey, I've been wanting to write some Lucas Headcanons for a minute now but I haven't gotten much inspiration until now. Now these headcanons are my personal thoughts and I am using some of these for my upcoming LITG fanfiction.

Here are some Lucas Headcanons:

💙 He grew up in a strict household with a father who was a prominent businessman and a mother who was a famous socialite. His parents traveled and moved around a lot so he changed schools every year.

💙 Because of his constant moving to different schools, he had very few friends.

💙 His father wanted to mold him into the perfect heir so that he would take over the family business when he got older.

💙 His father taught him that everything, money, materials and women, was his to have and so Lucas grew up with a sense of entitlement and arrogance.

💙 His father also expected him to be the best so Lucas got the highest grades in his class.

💙 As a young adult, Lucas... let's just say was very cocky and a bit of an a-hole.

💙 His first relationship (the one that ended with him cheating) was arranged by his mother. The girl came from another prominent family and Lucas's mother liked the girl very much. After he cheated, his mother couldn't even look at him for a long time which made him even more ashamed.

💙 After that relationship, he stopped dating for a while but ended up getting together with another girl from a rich family.

💙 Karma would soon hit him when that girl cheated on him. He now understood what it felt.

💙 After that, he would get into mostly Situationships but that wouldn't last because he was afraid that he would slip back into old habits and most of the women wanted his money, not him.

💙 He was afraid of being vulnerable due to how his father despised 'weakness.'

The little things they do

Rahim: cooks for you everyday, he swears his food taste better when he does it for you or thinking of you. before he puts a new meal on the menu, he plans a whole date night, sometimes something fancy or maybe both of you with jammies eating on the bed full of blankets and big, fluffy pillows, just to get your opinion on it, without telling you are practically choosing his future shop foods, he trusts your words without a second thought

Gary: leaves little notes around the house for you to see maybe a little ‘you look stunning :)’ on the bathroom mirror or a ‘eat well! I love you"on the fridge because he knows he isn’t always around, he wants to make sure you know he thinks about you all day. when he comes home and you’re sleep on the sofa he likes to take our your favorite blanket on the bed before picking you up and cuddle you all night

Noah: thinks he is a little handsy from time to time, even when you assure him he is not that you live him by the way he is, but apparently the little voice in the back of his head can’t understand. you want a specific snack but can’t go out? he would make sure to pick it up for you after work, you were feeling a little down and stressed that day? he is already with your favorite candles and books in hand so you could have your relax time (that ended with him with his ears pressed again your chest while hearing you read)

Lucas: takes more appreciation in the moments you two have together, alone. knowing he is out most of the week, the quality moments are more joyful, maybe taking a little bubble bath together on a friday night, talking about each others week and when he is away he makes sure to call you every night before going to sleep, so you wouldn’t have to sleep alone and when your eyes are finally closed with tiny snores coming out your mouth, he can’t help but stare a little before ending the call (one time he fell asleep with you on call lmao.

Bobby: lets you know he is there by his touch, he feels he can’t express his self right with words so he makes sure to be always touching so you know that he is here with you, cheering you, that you’re not alone, you have him. it goes from the circles he draws on your thighs when he is driving and your screaming your lungs our in the car to the kisses he gives you in public after watching a cute interaction you had with a little kid not caring if anyone sees because you’re his world, he only has eyes for you, who cares about what other people thinks?

I was wondering… do you have any headcanon for the fact that Gary mentions his dad when we first go to the hideaway with him (something about his dad seeing his fave joke on tv? I forget the exact details now) then later on mentions how his dad walked out when he was six (and there’s a strong implication that he wasn’t present in his life afterwards)?

I can think of a few ones, like his dad walked when he was a kid but got back in contact when he was older (like already an adult) and they try to have a better relationship nowadays, but I wanted your thoughts, if you have any, because you always make so much sense 🥰

oof... listen. we're gonna get personal because this entire answer is me projecting, and it might not resonate with other people, but it's how i see it.

if you're triggered by abandonment issues, might wanna skip this one.

i think gary was embarrassed by saying the truth, and wanted to mention his dad with his nan because that was a regular thing. it's something that they used to do when he was still around, and perhaps gary felt safe during that time, but didn't want to talk about his dad walking out because he feels ashamed for some reason.

like some kids might feel it's their fault that a parent walked out.

when people ask me about my own dad, and i don't wanna tell them what happened, i just lie, because he walked out as well.

and my grandma did step in and took care of my mom and me, just like gary's nan did. she took care of my mom financially, and as for me? she really splurged on toys, food, sports, clothes. all that first grandchild thing.

i had a strong bond with her, enough for us to have our little weekly ritual. i would paint her nails, she would paint mine. i didn't like having painted nails, but i liked watching her do it for me because i know it made her happy.

when we see each other, we still do that.

but some people will look at you under a different light, perhaps a pitiful one, and nobody wants that. i know i don't. i'm fine not having a dad because i don't know what that's like, so when people ask me about what i lost, i'm like "i can't lose something i never had."

but gary did. he did have a father, and he lost that. he lost that bond, that relationship, that person, that love he thought it belonged to him.

so lying about a small moment, maybe because of wishful thinking, or maybe because at that moment, with her, he felt as safe as he did when his dad was still around, and was reminded of the tv watching ritual, he mentioned it.

he felt loved and wanted and cherished, and it might've rung in his head how comfortable he was.

it might sound like he's ungrateful to his nan, but it's not about that. it's more about feeling safe, feeling like this new person is a new beginning, and that you can trust them.

i don't think his dad came back, i really don't. 'cause if he had, gary would've told us, and he ends that part of the conversation rather quickly.

when he told us about the whole ordeal, the very first thing i thought was "he lied about his dad to not look like a victim", and i relate to that. most people will give you "awwwwn, i'm so sorry" and i'm like "don't be, it's really not a big deal" but that might not be the way gary feels.

he might pity himself over what happened, and feel the need to flourish the truth sometimes, because he doesn't want to seem weak, or be vulnerable, or to people to treat him like a charity case.

once he knows mc well, and that she wouldn't treat him differently, he opens up. i like that part of the story because it happened for me the same way.

when i met my current partner, it took me a while to trust him enough to talk about the whole thing. and he was actually with me when i met my dad for the first time, he was my support system.

so yeah, i think he lied to not look weak, and later on felt more comfortable and trusted mc to tell her, even out of his route, because he did say he feels close to her.

What’s Lucas like when he’s in love

To me, when Lucas falls for someone, he falls HARD! Unfortunately, it takes a lot of time, effort and magic for Lucas to fall for someone but when it happens... chile!

💙 When he realizes that he's falling, he gets scared. Past relationships and his parents' marriage have tainted his view on love. He knows that he wants the person completely, but he believes that he's not good enough 😔

💙 It takes a lot of reassurance, messy things and self work on his part for him to accept his feelings. And when he does... whew!

💙 He starts off with the little things, like making her breakfast, spending more time with her, having deep conversations and complimenting her more.

💙 Then he starts to initate more intimate actions like kissing and small bits: kisses become more heated and touchy-feely. He's more likely to do some small bits with her: whether it's the hand work or mouth work. Remember, Lucas isn't the type to sleep with anyone so quickly - that includes the small bits.

💙 When she's more comfortable with him, he starts to touch her more: arm around the waist, hand on the hip, letting her legs rest on his lap.

💙 When he's ready for sex, he lets her know. If she isn't ready, he's fine with it and likes that she is honest. If she is, well... she's in for the time of her life ☺️

💙 He starts to think about marriage and kids more and he starts talking about that more with her.

💙 He's the first to confess those special three words (I love you) and when she reciprocates his feelings, He's overjoyed 🥺

when he moves out after the villa, and gets his own apartment he buys all these plants and tries to take care of them but they all die really quickly. but he's adamant to keep one alive so he just keeps buying and planting.

he hated having roommates, and when he first lived with someone in college he couldn't handle it because something would always tick him off and he moved out to his own place like two weeks later.(it was always something like they left the remote on the sofa and not it's remote holder)

he's not organized not in the generic sense anyway, he has a system but his system is also incredibly strange he has all these tops piled over each other in a messy fold but they have no shared quality except that they all have chewed on strings.

he owns a ton of oversized sweatshirts and hoodies.

he hates orange juice but isn't a fan of apple either so he'll join the orange juice slander but also the apple juice hate group.

he likes being called handsome

he knows all the lyrics to i see the light from tangled but will never admit it.

he can't sing but he will scream the lyrics to any disney song if he's alone. (especially let it go)

he has a very niche interest in fairy tales.

he likes mint chocolate chip flavored ice cream.

he found out ciarian likes chocolate chip cookies and learned to make them but could not make anything else if his life depended on it.

he can play the piano, but not well? like he knows how to play twinkle twinkle little star, but it's also played in the most butchered version of it.

Tais character studies

Tais general personality: omg i love him tai is a very methodical person. he does things the way he always does them, routinely, and he finds comfort in that. and he doesn’t do things for the end result, he finds satisfaction in the productivity he feels, in seeing his efforts play out, in it all adding up and building up to the end product. it’s not what’s produced that matters to him, it’s more what he did and went through to be able to produce such a thing or result. which is why i think tai really is confident in himself and that’s obvious and seen when he’s in the villa because he knows all he’s done and all the effort he’s put in to be where he is now, and he knows they’re not going to fail him he’s sure of it. his efforts are his safety net. that relates to tai being reliable, and being everyone else’s safety net. he’s very similar to seb in that he’s the glue that sticks the his friends together, the final puzzle piece that completes a set. he’s also exceptionally good at being a boyfriend, not because he knows mc very well, which yes, of course he does, but he knows his friends he knows what they need to hear, and is unafraid of telling them so, knows how to handle them properly, individually, and as a group. he’s also insanely observant in that not only is he good at reading people and situations, but also at being aware of the position he stands in. he knows he’s not what could be considered a ‘genius’ at his job but not only is he aware of that, he accepts it, and accepts it with grace too. he understands that not everyone is special, but that also everyone is special in their own way, and are built based off of what efforts they put. which ties into the fact that tai is really mature, making him a reliable presence. 

motivation: like i said, tai finds comfort in routine. he never truly has an end goal, just that whatever is achieved from what work he puts in he’ll believe is worth that. Tais motivation is his everyday routines. it’s waking up, making his bed, making breakfast, cleaning around the house, or going to work, putting in the work, staying after to clean. it’s the little moments that make up his entire day, that add it all up, that really matter, that really are his drive. for you, it would be a really simple “i want to be with them.” i don’t think tai would sugarcoat his feelings, or try to deny them with himself, even if yes, he will absolutely get flustered. his motivation towards you is literally just his desire and want to be with you. 

Tais love language: everything, but subtly. you can see that tai loves you with the way his attention is entirely on you when you speak. you can see he loves you with how he moves your hair out of your face for you. you can see he loves you in the way he says good morning to you, a soft smile on his face, a gentle kiss pressed to your forehead. you can see he loves you in the way he twirls you in his arms when you slow dance with him in the kitchen. you can see he loves you in the way his eyes light up at the simple mention of you, or the fact that everyone is aware of his love for you, in that it’s not tau but tai and you. tai loves you wholly, and he will say it if you need to hear it, if he wants to say it, but it’s blatantly obvious, spottable from a mile away, clear and bright as day. 

Tais preferred dates: pottery making, art classes, drives around town, grocery shopping together, fancy dinners 

kissing tai: everything tai does is methodical except kissing. kissing is where he lets loose, allows himself to be a little more carefree, a little more daring. he always kisses you like he’s afraid of losing you, like you’ll disappear in mere seconds 

what being with tai feels like: being on vacation and waking up really early at a hotel

Whew, I have to do this real quick.

So I don't really ship Lucas with anyone because he's my MC Rosalia's main LI. But I'll try:

💚 Couple goals! These two would be THAT power couple. People would look up to them.

💚 Lucas wouldn't mind Marisol's psychoanalysing all that much. I think he would find that interesting; He and Marisol would have a lot of conversations about Marisol's thoughts on the world.

💚 Marisol would have no problem taking on Lucas's prickly personality (Remember not everyone can take Lucas's personality). She's just as prickly and these two would have some playful arguments all the time.

💚 Weekly dinner dates. They both have expensive taste so high end restaurants are a go!

💚 Lucas would get Marisol into motorcycles strangely enough. He would buy her one and she would love it!

💚 Lucas would teach Marisol how to properly massage and she would take some time to grasp it but she'll learn.

💚 I'm not too sure that they'll last long term but I can see them lasting a solid 4 years before they call it quits.

Like I said, I don't really ship Lucas with anyone that much, since he's Rosalia's LI. And she doesn't like it when I ship her man with other women, especially with one of her rivals (Rosalia and Marisol are 'friendly' rivals - you'll see in my fanfic some day.)

Noah feels horrible when he sees you unable to do anything, having little motivation towards anything. he wants to help you, which is why he’s going to be sitting down to talk with you about your feelings, helping you do things that you love to do so that you’re not just sitting in bed all day long waiting until night hit. he’ll hold your hands and help you walk around the apartment, trying to get you out of bed as much as you could, so that you’re not just sitting in bed all day

Gary

Gary is very away of your depression room, and how hard it becomes for you to move around and live an alright life. he’s there to support you. even though he’s lazy sometimes and someone who isn’t bothered to do things, gary knows that this is a problem for you, which is why he becomes someone who is going to help you out, do things for you whenever you’re unable to do them for yourself. he’s caring, ready to help you whenever he’s able to because gary wants you to be alright

Bobby

Bobby doesn’t like the fact that you have such a large depression room. he doesn’t mean it in a rude way, he just hates seeing the fact that you’re unable to do things from time to time because of how you’re feeling. he’s going to come and cuddle with you whenever you’re feeling down, surprising you with things every now and then because he wants you to feel good. he tells you that if you ever need help with anything, to please tell him so he can try and do his best to help you

Lucas

the first time lucas sees you when you’re in your depression room, he knows that something is the matter and that he has to help you. he wants you to be okay, which is why he promises to help you out whenever you’re feeling like this. he wants you to be okay. he surprises you with small things, like surprising you with breakfast in bed, cuddling with you to watch your favourite movie. Lucas feels as if he doesn’t know how to help you, but will try his best to do so

Hi iris I absolutely ship them to together they would be so cute 🥺

Marisol is the type to become friends with someone first and then fall in love with them. She chats angie up while shes getting food with her friend. Marisol overhears her talking about a movie she also likes, and so she just turns towards her and tells her about her favorite scenes. The next thing she knows, she has this cute girls’s phone number.

But she doesn’t mean it in a flirty way. That’s just the way she is. She is a nice person, and she wants to friends with lots of people. So in the beginning, the two of them are just doing stuff together as friends: watching movies, going shopping together, things like that. It’s easy to become her friend! But getting out of the friendzone is the part that’s a bit complicated when it comes to marisol . She’s so oblivious! She simply doesn’t get that shes are flirting with with her

Angie isnt sure at first whether marisol is into her or if all the attention she gives her is just her sweet personality in general. Maybe she’s treating everyone like that? But it soon becomes pretty evident that marisol has developed a crush on her. Come on, that girl is an open book! Her emotions are written all over her pretty face, so it’s plain to see what’s happening. Everybody knows! She’s always spending time with her always standing or sitting close to her touching her casually, talking to her, looking at her like shes the center of her universe. And that cute blush is giving it away too.

But marisol gets shy when she likes someone. She’s scared she would bother her if she asked you out. The last thing sje wants is to be a burden and make her feel awkward, so she doesn’t dare cross that line. That means angie has to make the first move. But it’s ok because she can already tell that marisol likes her back. She just needs a little push in the right direction.

So when shes on the another karaoke night out with all of marisols friends, she decides to take matters into her hands. Marisol is sitting really close to her once again, and angie leans onto her and then just take her hand and kiss her cheek and whisper to her that he’s the cutest girl shes ever met.

Marisol at the beginning of a relationship:

In the beginning, marisol is still a bit shy. She isn’t very experienced when it comes to relationships, so she’s scared to do something wrong. The thing that matters to marisol the most is her happiness. She asks her all the time if what she’s doing is ok and what she needs and wants And then she’ll worry that she’s annoying her with all the questions. She wants to spend all her time with her, .

She have to reassure her a lot in the beginning. It gets better, though! Once she learns that she likes her the way she is and that her happy, she becomes more confident.

The same applies to the physical aspect of the relationship. She wants to make angie feel good and safe, and she’s worried that she could be too soft or something because she’s so gentle. So she holds back, and she’s a bit awkward at first.

But luckily, marisol isn’t embarrassed about talking about sex, so she just openly asks her what she likes or tells her to show her She’s a fast learner and very eager to please her, so the awkward phase is over pretty soon and it’s amazing after that.

Also, marisol doesn’t know how beautiful she is. But once she realizes that she can’t take ner eyes off her when she wears a bikni , she suddenly walks around with a bikini all the time and becomes bolder.

Angie falls hard and fast for her, but it scares her to feel that much for someone, so she tries to suppress it. She distances herself a bit from her and is just talking the bare minimum and acting pretty cold.

It’s confusing her a lot. Did you just imagine that she was looking at her all the time? But then she learn to read marisol better and realize the way her face softens anytime she talks to her and the way she goes out of her way to care for her all the time. She gives marisol her jacket when she sees her shivering on a chilly day. Or she remembers the way she likes her coffee. All those little things give her hope.

So she try to flirt with er but she doesn’t flirt back at first, and she assume she’s either oblivious or not interested after all. But in reality, she definitely notices what you are doing. She’s just contemplating whether she should give in or not. She’s scared to give herheart because everyone she loved so far either left her or got taken away from her by other circumstances. So she has a hard time accepting her feelings and acting on them.

But angie is definitely the one who takes the first step. She wants to have control over the situation. All she needs is time. Most likely, she gets jealous when she sees someone else flirting with marisol, and that’s why she will finally do something about it and approach her and ask marisol out on a date.

Picnic date with noah

Noah adores casual picnics. He likes picking you up from work, with random food he bought at a grocery store, and dragging you to a park to eat a meal with him. He thinks its important to “take advantage of the good weather” and eat every meal outside. 

He likes to play your spotify playlists while you both talk about your day and eat away. It’s mostly you talking, but he just likes the company and love.

Sometimes drives you out into the country with zero plan but just an address of a “pretty place” for a picnic. What? He may be a big man, but he loves an aesthetic. He even ordered a fancy wicker basket off Amazon to add to the vibes of your picnics.

They’re not rare but they’re such a good time for the both of you to relax and connect.
