I had to give a two minute speech for one of my classes and I was so scared that when I was giving the speech I started crying. so anyway there's this thing called lamas breathing. I don't actually know how it's spelled. but basically you take deep breaths, in through the nose and out through the mouth, making sure your exhales are longer than your inhales. It didn't really help me that much but like it's supposed to.
whenever someone insults me I try to figure out why they did that. what did they think they would accomplish by yelling at a random stranger from their car window? makes me wonder
