❝ what, like it's hard? ❞ she'd expected something like this to happen, really. just because fizz QUIT doesn't mean there wouldn't still be FREAKS in his face left and right -- and just because blitzo isn't here as a bodyguard doesn't mean he isn't acting like one. it's amazing, how they've managed to become even more overprotective in the past decade and a half.

❝ we've known each other literally our whole lives, fizz. you ain't as hard to read as you think you are. ❞ tone remains flat, if not slightly annoyed, but their body language is anything but;; one gloved hand rested gently on his back, and its tail almost looped around him, creating a barrier of sorts between fizz and any passers-by. fizz was never good with people approaching him in the wild. it isn't difficult to tell when it gets overwhelming, not for blitzo, at least -- so she'd acted accordingly, dragging fizz away to a quieter area (after punching the SHIT out of some creep that'd tried to TOUCH HIM, of course.)

❝ you, uh ... ❞ you're still shaking. his expression morphs slightly into a look of concern (and if it were anyone else, blitzo would've cursed himself for it. but this is fizz. he can't help it.) ❝ hey, it's alright.
