I wore my reminder pants is what I call them. I used to wear size 3x, sometimes because of my body dysmorphia I still buy really big clothing. I weigh 175 now and it’s still not good enough. Because when I look into the mirror I see 270 still, which is what I was and I still see that to this day no matter what I do.
