I often think about getting one of those cheap flip phones and a digital camera. Leave my whole life behind and go live somewhere warm and cultural. But do you know what my biggest concern is? How will I possibly fit all my favourite clothes in one suitcase? I think that’s pretty telling for the life I currently lead.

I want to have the courage to exist. Life is so beautiful and I hate that I’m taking it for granted or wasting it.

I hate that I’m so attached to my phone.

I hate that I get bored easily.

I hate grey skies.

I hate that no one around me knows how to have a good time without alcohol.

I hate how everyone around me is just as miserable but won’t do anything about it.

I want to be the change I desperately want to see in the world.

But first I have to get a bigger suitcase.
