For those with trauma,
I’ve tried to search for songs about trauma, and I’ve found plenty of upbeat songs or sad songs about mostly moving on. These never helped me, so I thought I would make a post of angry/hurt songs that helped me feel not alone. TW; some songs may be on the heavier sounding side, and possible lyric triggers; please keep this in mind and maybe look up lyrics? I hope this could help tho for those who have intense emotions still🖤
