YOUR DAILY REMINDER: DO NOT TOUCH A DISABLED PERSON'S MOBILITY AIDS.
if you randomly push a disabled person's wheelchair. you are taking part of their autonomy.
if you knock away a disabled person's crutches. you are taking part of their autonomy.
if you grab a disabled person's cane. you are taking part of their autonomy.
if you move a disabled person's rollator/walker. you are taking part of their autonomy. I don't think people understand that our mobility aids are an extension of our bodies. You wouldn't kick an abled person in the shins or grab their arms and twist them just to see how they would react, or see if they'd be able to get around and function. You treat us like a joke. Our mobility aids aren't toys that you can play with and fidget with and god forbid potentially break. They're part of us. You have no right to touch them. If you take my fucking cane away from me, I can't walk properly.
If you touch my fucking mobility aid, you take away part of my autonomy.

honestly, the weirdest thing about being a detransitioner and embracing femininity is that it was drag queens and trans women who made me realize womanhood can be accepting and FUN instead of a social expectation. Sitting in the drag bar with a hard whisky, beard, and jean jacket was great, heeled cowboy boots are great, being addressed as "Sir" and the ability to safely enter a men's bathroom and be assumed cisgender was a hard earned one. I got lucky on the genetics lottery, and I'll admit that. Being a long-haired, pretty cowboy was my gender ideal, and I achieved it!
But then I saw how much fun the girls were having and kind of missed it. Don't get me wrong, I'm mostly friends with women and effeminate queers.
Now I've fully detransitioned the other way, I got to trans my gender THREE TIMES NOW. Medically. [I didn't get top surgery] I'm not really sure if this has to do with growing up in a very bigoted and unaccepting environment (the south), but I feel beautiful and confident lately. Currently, I identify as a bisexual woman with a masculine personality.
I just want to tell all the struggling boys, men, and queers out there that you're seen and your emotions are real. Someone loves you, and if it needs to be me, then I'll love you too. Keep your heads high kings. 💕🌻💖

It's insane how casually the calls to end a genocide, not just the students in Columbia University but pro Palestinian views in general, are labelled as terrorists. The audacity to still publicly support Israel's actions even after the horrific bombings these last months and then turn around to say that the ones who oppose it are violent anti semites is just baffling

btw the biggest lie you will ever be told about being trans is that transitioning will make you ugly. that could not be further from the truth: i never got compliments on my appearance ever, but after i transitioned, began dressing like myself, wore my hair the way i wanted to, and especially started T, i have gotten more compliments than i ever have before in my life. people can tell when you look like yourself, like who you're meant to be. it's beautiful, attractive, and sexy. transition will not make you "ugly". it will make you yourself, and that's inherently beautiful

sorry for the celebrity drama but i just do not care about jojo siwas rebrand. i didn't even know she had stolen a song until my friend explained it to me because all i saw were people going like "omg look at her CRINGE makeup!!!!!!!!!!!!"
like man. how many times does a child star have to go through this before we just learn to let them be cringe for a while. i do not care if this young queer girl, who has been screamed at by adults on television since she was like 7, then was the target of so much public mockery throughout her teens specifically focused on her being seen as annoying and stupid, is being cringe in public. becoming an adult is already hellish & having to do that when your entire identity has been a child friendly brand for your whole life? the only criticisms of her ive found at all interesting are like, how she is seemingly disconnected to past and present queer culture, her lying about writing a song, how she and her mother treated their girl group dancers. but god if she wants to wear sparkly pseudogoth outfits and hump girls in a music video fucking Who Cares. "cringe culture is dead" was a fucking joke literally nothing has changed wrt how we as a society treat weirdness esp of queers, kids, and girls. "cringe" is not and will never be a good critique of anyone's behavior!!!!!!
