Fortnite Patch v8.20.1 And Voice Chat Are both Available on iOS Now
Though Fortnite patch notes v8.20 brought many bug fixes, there have been issues with Fortnite to be resolved.
Epic recently announced that they have resolved the issues with Voice chat on iOS. This suggests iOS players now can chat with their teammates. Epic stated that they still have some stability issues to be addressed and they are working on the fixes as soon as possible. As for Fortnite items, visit the daily shop in Fortnite.
In addition, the patch note v8.20.1 is now available on iOS. It fixes some issues like spectator numbers not updating, players being unable to queue into the correct division level in Arena mode, trap placement on walls that were blocked by stairs, and more. Here are the full patch notes that include all Fortnite resolved issues.
Battle Royale
Fixed an issue where spectator numbers would not update, even after the spectator had left the game.
Fixed an issue that caused players to be unable to queue in the correct division level in the Arena game mode when the party leader was in a lower division.
Fixed an issue which caused the Poison Dart Trap to be hidden behind certain wall assets.
Fixed an issue where trap placement on walls would be blocked if a stair structure was attached to the wall.
Fixed an issue that prevented players from getting removed from the Baller when hit by a Boogie Bomb.
Fixed an issue preventing friend invites from displaying in the social panel.
Creative
Fixed an issue where Creature Spawners wouldn't activate within the correct range after it has been resized.
Fixed an issue where the Phone Tool would emit two beams rather than one after copying multiple times.
Fixed an issue that prevented non-damaging traps (Ice Block, Bouncers, etc) from functioning if the Game was not started.
Fixed an issue where any Baller vehicle that was placed on an Island prior to v8.20 could not use the boost.
Fixed an issue that prevented vehicles from being damaged by Music Sequencer when damage was turned on.
Save the World
Re-enabled the X Marks the Spot sub-objective.
Fixed an issue where the X Marks the Spot objective was removing items from player inventories.
Fixed an issue that was causing B.A.S.E to incorrectly hover over player built structures.

Epic's Another Reddit AMA For Fortnite Creative
The developer Epic Games has held another "AMA" Event for Fortnite Creative on Reddit since the Battle Royale AMA in February. This event was live and finished at 3 pm ET, March 29th, which lasted about an hour.
In this event, there are three Epic's developers in attendance including the creative development director, ZooKeeperZak, the producer, Avgulotta, and the programming lead, DarkVeil. They selected key questions from a bunch of questions that players have submitted. These questions involve the locker change, additional islands and memory availability, all vaulted weapons & items and more. By the way, Fortnite World Cup qualifiers are in full swing. If you want to advance to the event's finals in April, you will need to be equipped and armed with Fortnite legendary weapons only in Fortnite current item shop.

Q: Will you ever add rift teleporters like the ones that were in wailing?
A: Yes! Timing is tbd as our list tends to change based on many factors. The more creators like yourselves are excited about a new feature the more likely it is we'll do it sooner.
Q: Will there ever be the ability to change your locker during a Creative match?
A: We really want this feature! The reason it's a bit tricky is that the Locker interface needs some work before we'll be able to summon it in the middle of a Creative session. This is mainly for performance and memory reasons, but also because of how the game's menu system was originally designed. We're pondering about how we can do it. How would you guys feel about a different sort of interface, like an Outfit "quick select" pop-up, initially?
Q: Will custom vending machines and zip lines be added?
A: Vending Yes! Zip lines not likely they have a lot of specific gameplay and setup requirements that would be difficult to move over. We're focusing more on things like a custom vending machine and other devices that can be used in multiple ways to make games.
Q: Any thoughts on a terrain editor and some weather effects?
A: We've wanted Terrain tools since our first release, but it's a pretty large project. One of our goals is to provide tools that allow you guys to create worlds that are of the same quality that Epic creates. The way that Fortnite's terrain system works is actually pretty complicated, so we're still figuring out how we want to expose this for Creative.
Weather effects would be awesome! We'll be looking into it, along with other ways to personalize your island's look.
Q: I have a question regarding a recent change with patch 8.20, is it possible to revert the recent changes made to lighting in creative?
A: Yes, we've seen various reports of lighting inconsistencies, and these changes were unexpected. We're looking into it. Very sorry about that!
Q: Ever think about creative tournaments where you announce a theme and people have X time to build something and submit?

Q: Will you guys add a program that allows you to publish an island WITHOUT being in the support a creator program?
A: We are working on a way to allow this. Making sure that content that can be shared is audience appropriate is what we're working to figure out. We're still a ways from being able to enable this.
Q: Any thoughts on more available islands, and more available memory? Like 50k more?
A: We'll be continually adding new islands in Fortnite updates. We're also working on improving how you manage your islands, allowing you to rename them, save copies, and have many more saved islands than you do now. We'll have more to share later!
As for memory, currently, there are some important constraints. We'd like your creations to run well on all of the platforms Fortnite is played on, so the memory budget helps prevent crashes. But the more interesting limitation is actually on the Fortnite server. Battle Royale has many thousands of buildings, props, and vehicles -- but on a Creative server, we may hundreds of thousands more objects loaded and simulating on the server. And these islands are totally dynamic, so no "offline optimizations" are possible.
This is actually a new problem for Fortnite (and for Unreal Engine, to a lesser extent!) We've been working on optimizing the servers, and you've probably noticed that Creative islands load much more quickly than they used to. This optimization work will continue, and we'll reevaluate the memory limits as we go.
Q: are you planning on giving us the option to enable double pump?
A: Probably not. We'll see what options we can provide when we working on allowing creators to modify weapon stats.
Q: Will there ever be an easier way to find other players for creative sessions? Can public sessions be possible on the server browser?
A: This is a hugely important thing for us. With the Season 8 update, we expanded Playgrounds to 16 players and enabled Fill matchmaking into a hub with featured Creative content. This was only one of our first big steps to make it easier to play with others. You'll probably see us go through a number of iterations with content sharing and discovery. We're still figuring this out, and your feedback is very helpful!
Q: Is there any chance we'll eventually see a "gravity trap/item?" That way we can control the gravity of only specific areas in the map?
A: Yes.
Q: Will you add more Durr Burger presets?
A: Durr Burger and a few other Fortnite points of interest are in our backlog.
Q: Do you plan on bringing any Save the World props/assets to Creative? I could really use the Save the World gnomes for my Gnome Village block idea.
A: Gnomes would be awesome.... yeah we'll get those in for a future patch.
Q: Any plans for either Hop Rocks, Shadow Stones, and other foraged items (like apple) to be added to Creative in the future?
A: Yes we're working on it!

Fortnite Item Shop has updated for 19th March. New Fortnite cosmetic items are available to purchase now. In this update, Power Chord skin is back with the brand new Star Wand Pickaxe.

Fortnite Season 8 Week 3 Challenges are available to take on. Just like Week 1 Challenges, these challenges include Free Challenges and Battle Pass Challenges; there are challenges of three Free and four Battle Pass. There are two places that can find Chests. It's up to you where you go. Since Sunny Steps is a new location introduced to Fortnite Season 8, many players would choose to go there for the sake of adventure. It is advisable to head for Fatal Fields.
How to Search the magnifying glass sits on the Treasure Map loading screen
The loading screen in this challenge can be obtained at tier 10 in the Season 8 Battle Pass. It is called "Isle of Treasure". Look closely, you can see that the magnifying glass sits on the east of Frosty Flights and southwest of Polar Peak.
All you need to do for this battle star is drop into the cluster of trees southwest of Polar Peak and grab the battle star right near a frozen statue.

Fortnite Update V8.10 Introduces New Vehicle 'Baller'
Fortnite's latest update, version8.10 is available on major platforms. The patch brings some changes to the way of gameplay, skins, weapons and Vending Machines; it adds the Getaway limited-time mode, and makes some improvements. What to expect mostly in this update is a new added vehicle "Baller", which looks like a hamster ball. It is a single seat vehicle. With the function of Grappler and Boost, it can move rapidly, even pulling players up cliffs or swing through the trees. Inside the Baller, players are protected from damage; but it is easily subject to enemy weapon fire with losing its 300 health. It can be found at Expedition Outposts and around pirate camp loot stashes.
Many of the Ballers are concentrated in Expedition Outposts, mainly parked up at the larger buildings. Each pirate camp generally has one Baller hidden inside at least. If you land there and find nothing, the ball has been taken away. You should have to visit another place.
In addition to the locations above, Fortnite Ballers can be found in set locations around the Fortnite map. The areas marked with red circles on the map below are all places where the Ballers can be found.
The Ballers can do damage to structures and enemies if you are moving quickly enough.
Though Season 8 does not have planes, the Ballers can work powerfully like planes if you are skilled at it. The streamer Ninja has found a new trick to "fly" with it! In the video below, three Ballers were boosted into the sky with their Grapplers fixing on the pirate cannon.

This section was posted on Reddit and drew much attention. One high-upvoted reply, "Imagine your the only one alive in your squad and your running across the map and you see this monstrosity coming at you. I would shit my pants!".
"I'd build myself off a cliff real quick," wrote another Reddit user. It seemed that this method did damage effectively to the places the Ballers moved through.

New Fortnite Glitch Allows to Shoot Through the Boat in Lazy Lagoon
Since Season 8 of Fortnite released, Fortnite is getting bugs on the way. The recent new bug with Fortnite was related to the location "Lazy Lagoon".
Season 8 of Fortnite update had seen a few new added locations, one of which was Lazy Lagoon, a lakeside village located northeast of Loot Lake and north of Dusty Divot with a pirate ship in the middle.
The newly discovered bug with Lazy Lagoon allows players to shoot through the boat. The video below shows that players can go inside the boat, go upstairs to the boat's bow and turn around, shooting without getting any damage. Because of the hidden spot the boat providing, they are easy to give shots and invisible to others on the upper deck.

The glitch has been abused successfully due to its power and easy for using. A player even shared his successful experience with this glitch on Reddit.
"I did this and came 1st my first try," wrote Cali_6006. "I got so lucky. The circle literally closed around lagoon. I got 17 kills with a good pump. All of them were through the glitch. It needs fixing lmao..."
This issue has drawn more and more attention. There were players worrying that they would be damaged by this glitch, for which they required the developer, Epic to delete it. It is believed that this bug will be fixed soon. A new update is coming to Fortnite on March 12. Each update will bring a series of bug fixes. Players can expect to see Epic addresses the issue in the upcoming patch.

Epic Has Announced Upcoming Update of Season 8: the Release Date And Confirmed Changes
Fortnite Season 8 will receive its first update since released, which the developer Epic Games confirmed. Epic Games has announced the release date and time for the v8.01 update in Fortnite Battle Royale, which will bring more changes to the game.
The v8.01 update is planned to begin on March 6 at 1 AM PT / 4 AM ET / 9 AM GMT. In addition, there are some confirmed changes to be added to the upcoming update.
A brand new item called Buried Treasure, is a map coming to the update, which Epic has teased previously on Twitter.
Though Epic didn't provide any further details of the new item, data miners have discovered and leaked some information including its sound files and a potential location with a sign "X" in the northeast corner of the map.
Additionally, some audio changes involving sounds improvements of weapons, building mechanics, footsteps, etc, will be implemented through the update. Here's a list of them.
Sounds of Weapons
Improvement to the standard AR sound so that it's not overbearing on the shooter. Tightened up the sound, so it's more of a BLaaam versus a BLAAAM.
Sounds of Buildings
Building Piece destroys sound is louder when instigated by enemies.
Helps mitigate scenarios where "that guy Hand Cannon'd a wall behind me and I didn't hear it".
Sounds of Footsteps
There will be two different changes made to how footsteps sound in Fortnite.
Footstep audio blends in the above/below layers, rather than abruptly switching between them.
Prevents jarring footstep transitions between floors directly above or below. Should clear up some confusion.
Footstep occlusion traces from the heads of enemies when they're above or below.
This helps mitigate scenarios where an enemy has line-of-sight on you but their footsteps still sound muffled/occluded.
Sounds of Umbrellas
Reduce volume of the S8 palm tree umbrella.
This only affects the umbrella open/close layers. Don't worry, the steel drum riff volume is preserved.
It is expected from this update that the new map will bring a little of change, which is members of the community want.

Fallout 76 On PS4 And Fallout 76 Bundle With Xbox One X Are On Sale
Fallout 76 is on sale for $30 on PS4. This is the lowest price yet for Fallout 76, Bethesda's latest Fallout game. The deal is eligible for free one-day Amazon Prime shipping in some markets.
If you're not interested in the PS4 version of the game, GameStop has a Fallout 76 Xbox One X bundle for $399. That's a $100 savings.
Unlike past games in the franchise, Fallout 76 has reviewed poorly with critics. It is currently averaging only a 53 out of 100 on review aggregator OpenCritic.
Many critics have written that it is not a flat-out horrible game but that it suffers from numerous technical flaws. PC Gamer writes that Fallout 76 is a "beautifully crafted but ultimately repetitive world." Eurogamer writes that "Bethesda's attempt at Fallout multiplayer is, like so many of the series' vaults, a failed experiment."
That being said, some people might find it entertaining even with the flaws. Still, don't say we didn't give you a heads up that it is receiving mostly negative reviews!

Bethesda Gives A Ban to Its Dedicated Player For Having Too Much Ammo
Bethesda has banned a dedicated player for having too much ammo. According to the ban report Bethesda has emailed him, his account violated the game's terms and service.
Reddit user Glorf12 explained on the Fallout 76 subreddit, "Given the sheer amount of time I have spent playing I have legitimately collected ludicrous amounts of ammo," he has played Fallout 76 for 900 hours. He shared on Reddit his experience with the game, giving a guide of the farming locations for the various in-game loot including legendary and rare loot.
After that, he was banned by Bethesda Softworks with the following message.
The message alleges that Glorf12 violated the terms of service through an ammo exploit.
The email does state that depending on a future patch that might fix this exploit, the account will be allowed again but any further violation can lead to a permanent ban.
The user speculates that his ban might have to do with trading with another secondary account and other players report him.
"I cannot be more adamant that I have never once owned an item in excess of 100,000 and I believe I have been banned due to others reporting me," Glorf12 said. "I often use 2 accounts to transfer items between my characters. I even detail it in the comments of the above reddit post how and why I do this. My belief is that people see a level 450+ player trading with a level 2 character and immediately think REPORT HIM REPORT HIM REPORT HIM. I even get some players who harass me when I'm attempting to trade items."
Bethesda's developer has responded to the user that the team will investigate the issue after he submitted a support ticket.

To get rid of stocks, a Polish online retailer, X-Kom is promoting PS4 thumbsticks, giving away a copy of Fallout 76 with $5 purchases. This promotion is time-limited. It's a great deal. If you are interested in Fallout 76, it's a good chance to get one. This deal is now over. Before that, Redditor u/Zupa84PL captured a screenshot of the page.
While this retailer often does timed deals with pretty good discounts, this one was massive. The pairing of these two products also suggested that these two items were bundled together because they may be two products people are reluctant to purchase.
This isn't the first time that Fallout 76 has been given away for free with cheaper items. There are other retailers attempting to rid their copies. GameStop Germany was giving away Fallout 76 for free with used PS4 controllers a few weeks ago. Microsoft's Xbox One X bundle with the game has recently been discounted due to poor sales.
The game has been discounted after launch, which isn't a good thing. It's no surprise that Fallout 76 gets poor sales in 2019 due to its bad performance and controversies. Bethesda is working on making the game better by adding more content to the game and fixing existing issues. A new PvP mode is coming to Fallout 76 in March.

Fallout 76 Guide: How to Acquire the Radshield
RadShield is a chemical consumable in Fallout 76, an experimental radiation prophylactic created by Ella Ames, a member of the Free States. It is based on research by Vault 94 dwellers and their use of strangler plants to deter radiation.
This item can be used to regenerate health, cure Addictions and Diseases, slow time, temporarily change the player's SPECIAL stats and add various other unique effects.
RadShield shields against radiation far better than Rad-X and RadAway, which provides the user 300 points of Radiation Resistance for the duration of 15 minutes.
It can be bought from medical supplies vending machines or craft yourself at a Chemistry Station. To craft it, you will need the Strangler Bloom which can be obtained by completing the "An Organic Solution" quest. In this quest, put four chemicals: a bone meal, a Nitrogen, a Phosphorus and a Potassium, into the terminal; then dump the fertilizer into the river, you will find Stranger Blooms, bright green things growing on trees along the riverbank.
Once you have the Strangler Bloom, you can craft a Radshield at a nearby Chemistry station with other materials as below:

Fallout 76 Guide: How to Complete Heart of the Swamp
Heart of the Swamp is a Public Event in Fallout 76. This event tasks you to take out the heart of the swamp before the vine infested creatures overwhelm the area.
Walkthrough
Strangler Heart Health
Destroy the Strangler Heart
Kill the Strangler creatures
Wait for the Heart to be vulnerable
Kill the Strangler Queen
Kill the Strangler Grafton Monster
This is an assault event. Destroying the Strangler Heart is a challenge, as not only does it periodically clam up, it will summon waves of reinforcements and once its health drops low enough, it will promptly retaliate by summoning a mirelurk queen. Bring plenty of healing items and high damage weapons to keep hammering the monster.
This event quest Heart of the Swamp will randomly appear in any location within the Mire region. When you unlock the event, you'll be encountering a Strangler Heart and your objective is to kill it. However, it is a kind of assault event which won't be that easy since the boss will call waves of reinforcements along the course of battle - so make sure you are fully prepared with healing items and equipped with high damage weapons or start the event with a group to gain help as much as possible. Avoid the heart's poison gas and take down the boss (usually a strangler queen, with a 50% chance to be a mirelurk queen or Grafton monster) that appears when the strangler heart is at 25% health. The event quest will be completed when eliminating all the enemies. As a reward, you will get random ammo, aid items, armor, mods, weapons, plans, even a legendary item.

Walkthrough
Learn how to activate the giant Excavator
Find or build four Ignition Cores
Insert each one into a reactor
Activate the Rockhound Excavator
Defend the Rockhound from the waves of enemies
The Earth Mover quest locate in Mount Blair in the centre of Ash Heap. Before starting the quest, you will simply need to claim the Mount Blair Workshop.
Then follow your quest marker to a control room - you will need to access the terminal and collect intel on how to operate the Rockhound. Eventually, you'll learn that you will need to build or find four Ignition cores and attach it to its reactor; as soon as you attach the ignition cores, the Rockhound Excavator will be activated along with a loud noise that will attract enemies. You main objective is to defend the Excavator until it finishes to collect resources. This process will last for 30 minutes. Make sure the Excavator is complete,or you will need to repair it.
The quest is completed when the Ignition Cores run out of power.

As known, items duplication has been a serious problem, which dupers loot extra items through glitches and exploits. This damages the in-game economy and affects server instability. It also leads to the in-game balanced environment, which is unfair to players who haven’t dupe items.
Bethesda is about to address the issue of items duping, meaning some people could end up with rather empty inventories. Fallout 76 will be offline today for maintenance. During that time, all duplicate items obtained through a known exploit will be removed from Fallout 76. Players have been asking for this for quite some time and finally, the developers have agreed this was needed.
"We're planning to bring Fallout 76 offline for maintenance around 9:00 a.m. EST on February 14, and anticipate that downtime will last several hours. During this time, we're planning to remove items that have been created through duplication exploits from player inventories and stashes.
These item removals are part of our ongoing efforts to address exploit abuse and make positive changes for the overall in-game economy. These removals are highly-targeted at a specific list of items. Players who have used an exploit to dupe items, or acquired duped items from other players, may find those items removed from their accounts once maintenance is complete. It's also important to note that only a small percentage of accounts currently have duped items, which means the vast majority of players will not be affected by this action.
Additionally, during downtime, we're going to roll out a server-side fix to reduce the frequency that players might experience disconnects from game servers."
It seems that this purge is successful; developers clean up "a list of over 400 weapon and armor items we identified as common duplication targets", but leave everyone with one copy whether they obtained it by exploit or another player. According to developers, "Power Armor was exempt from today's item removals, but we are actively discussing another wave of action to target these items in the future.
Additionally, if a player had multiple copies of duped items removed as part of today’s actions, we also performed a follow-up search of their account for very large amounts of Nuka-Cola and removed those, as well."
Next week, there is another update, the release of Patch 6 which will address some issues with the rather overpowered Scorchbeasts.

Fallout 76 Guide: How to Find the Firecracker Berry
The Firecracker Berry in Fallout 76 is a consumable item which is used for crafting. A firecracker berry is also needed for the Flavors of Mayhem quest for Rose. It is a bit of hard to find. Here's a list of locations where you can find the Firecracker Berry.

You can also obtain Firecracker Berries by completing quests. After you have collected Firecracker Berries, make sure you store a few in case you need to use them later. Since Fallout 76 is a multiplayer game, other players have chances to loot Firecracker Berries spawn in those places; so you'd better set your camp outside of those locations.
Additionally, you can choose to exit the game and then load into another world.

Fallout 76 Guide: How to Complete Request Government Air Drop
Request Government Air Drop is a side quest in Fallout 76. This quest is repeatable, requiring you to find the US Government Supply Requisition holotape which is dropped randomly.
Walkthrough
Go to any radio tower
Fix Relay Tower Terminal
Upload US Government Supply Requisition Holotape
Get the supply drop
To start the Request Government Air Drop quest, you will need to pick up a Holotape to request a Supply Drop first. The Holotapes for this are found in any random container or enemy inventory in Appalachia. When you obtain the holotape, listening to it. This will start this quest.
Then, take the holotape to the relay stations. There are multiple relay stations scattered throughout Appalachia and you will need to visit one of them. Head to the building and go inside, you will find a terminal. Interact with the terminal and enter it; use the button prompt to upload the Supply Requisition Holotape and then choose the "Request Emergency Air Drop," option.
Next, you will get a specific area marked on your map where you can find the dropped supplies. Head for the marked area, you will see a smoke trail which shows you the exact position of the supply drop. Collect the drop and finish the task. Generally, you will get random aid items and ammo.
