Bum is now 38

Hips are now 33 

waist is now 26

must be doing ok...

Ok, so I am doing the 30 day shred, because it seems ok, and my pressure point hurt too much to do cardio hooping every day. Also callanetics.

 Each claims to loose you inches over weight. So.

hips- 37 inches around widest part.

arm- 10.5 (though I doubt I’ll loose much there)
