Cleaned my room and I finally throw away all the candies my parents bought to me for a while.
I know they were still good and I hate throwing away food. But I need to really get back on tracks and I needed them gone. Without candy on my sight, I can't binge ✨

My ed start to make me hate w33d. I love being high, feeling that nothing mater and I can finally just chill with my music and video game. But the munchies are really ruinning my progress... I think to control my smoking session and smoke once a week for my meta day. So I could binge and not feeling too bad because of it.

My best friend is obese and I hate having these intrusive thought when she talk about her weight... I really love her as my bestie, but when she talk about her weight, my disordered brain is like "Then starve piggy". I love her, she's my best friend and she's amazing, but I hate having these intrusive thoughts...
i hate that fatphobia is one of the side effects of @n@ i can be fatphobic to myself but i hate when i see my friends and thoughts start forming in my head, i feel so guilty, like it's not their fault i am like this
