How to get a thigh gap
I did not make this and I have reblogged this before but now that I’ve tried it and it 100% works I thought I’d post about it since nobody talks about this technique
Get your bed pillow and fold it in half
Place it between your thighs
Squeeze your thighs together as hard as you can for 10 seconds then release
Repeat 10 times
This is one of the only workouts solely focused on your thighs
You can really feel the burn but it is totally worth it
