Stress
Stress is a problem that a lot of people suffer from. Whether it comes from school, health, or financial reasons, it always seems to get in the way of happiness. Many people even turn to alcohol or drugs to cope with stress, and this can lead to a miserable cycle of dependency. People should find healthy ways to deal with it. Find fun and pure hobbies such as hiking, working out, riding bikes, or anything that can get people’s minds off of the problem at hand. Even talking a friend’s ear off helps in some situations. You can not just sit in your house and ponder on the problems in your life or you will go absolutely crazy man! Getting out in nature seems to work best for me. Hiking or even just exploring out in the wooded mountains with a couple of close friends can be a fantastic escape that we all desperately need. My brother enjoys rock climbing in new and unique places, and that is how he clears his mind. Having a healthy hobby is vital to not going down a dark and degrading path. People require something to fill whatever hole they have in their lives; it is simply human nature man. It is best to go ahead and fill that hole with something healthy and productive to society. Couch potatoes are useless and are the downfall of a community. GET OUT AND DO SOMETHING TO BETTER YOURSELF. Do it for yourself, no one else, you owe yourself that at least. You will even respect yourself more as a person if you start to do pure and productive things. From personal experience I know that sitting around and pondering on things will just end up causing depression and anxiety. These steps can help you overcome almost any problem in life, however how detrimental it is to you.

Sunday
Sundays have always been my favorite day of the week. Ever since I have been a young child, there has always been a routine that my family and I have gone through each Sunday. We usually wake up about eight o’clock in the morning and then proceed to eat a large southern style breakfast. Eggs... Bacon.. Country Ham... GRAVY AND BISCUITS.. that kind of food (the BEST kind of food). Then we will usually head to Seymour First Baptist Church in around 8:45 as Sunday School begins at nine. We only stay for Sunday School usually and skip the preaching service offered by our church. This is where the routine gets fun.. Don’t worry! <(^.^)> We proceed back home and wait on the one and only Glenda ( my grandma) to fix our Sunday FEAST. You have to understand... my grandmother is probably the best southern-style cook there is. So, needless to say, my dad, me, and my brothers all get very excited about this mystical meal. At precisely 12:00 PM EST it is officially okay to sit down at the dinner table, and if someone is late to lunch they are left behind. ( my family gets hangry when they have to wait on people, so 12 pm is very important)... We then proceed to say a prayer over the meal and dig into the delicious delights of Sunday lunch. After we indulge ourselves and possibly develop diabetes in the process, we take at least a two hour power nap to recover from stuffing ourselves. You can never go wrong with a nice, relaxing Sunday at the grandparents house. We live on a beef cattle farm so a lazy day is much appreciated. My family is very hard-working, and they are the most real and honest people I have ever met. I will never forget the great memories of past Sundays, and I look forward to Sundays of the future.
