How can referring new affiliate to an affiliate program make me money in future?
Tumblr media
That is where 2tier affiliate program work like magic. Affiliates are getting clever each day. So these days, affiliates knew the difference between the different types of traffic the can get paid for. There are a lot of definations though CPM, CPC, CPA, CPL, CPD and many more.
CPM is cost per impressions, when the publisher (website owner) gets paid every time a banner ads is shown.
CPC is cost per clicks, where the publisher ( or email marketer) gets paid every time a banner ads or text link is clicked upon. The other ways of getting paid are grouped together under the term performance marketing, and this where the term affiliate is most commonly used.
Who is an affiliate?
An affiliate is a marketer who sends visitors to another site using a variety of methods such as ( placing banners or text links on their own site, buying sponsored listings on search engines, email marketing and any other different method ) and gets paid hen an action happens.
The action can be lead, ( CPL which stands for cost per sale ), a download ( CPD which stands for cost per download ) and many other variations.
People’s opinion
Some in the internet industry refer to performance based marketing as CPA ( cost per action ) though the term is sometimes used for specific campaigns such as lead or sale. Now that we have got over the hard part, the rest is easy to understand.
Why are affiliates paid?
The affiliate get paid for sending visitors to a specific landing page where an action happens either a lead, a sale, a download or some other sort of actions that the advertiser requires. For example, some advertisers are looking to build up their Data bases, so they pay for each opt in email address they receive.
Others want leads from specific locations, so they pay for zip code to fill in more details. The common denominator is that the affiliate gets paid when an action happens.
Ho does 2 tier affiliate program work?
A 2 tier affiliate program is simply finding new marketers to sign up under you to do exactly what you are doing, that is sending visitors to different offers and getting paid when the visitors perform some sort of action.
So why would you want other marketers to signup under you to promote the same offer?
The answer is simple, you will get paid a percentage of the amount the affiliate you refer gets paid. Sounds complicated? Don't worry it is not hard to understand. For example, let say Millyblog promote 5 different offers on a single affiliate network. It get paid for every lead, sales. email and zip code it generate from these different offers.
Milly now tells Adams about the network and ask Adams to signup using a banner or text link that has Millyblog ‘s referal code built into it. Adams no signs up to the affiliate network under Millyblog and start promoting various offers and advertisers from the affiliate network.
These offers don’t have to be the same offers that Millyblog is promoting. Adams can promote any of the offers in the affiliate network.
Is there good thing about 2 tier affiliate network?
and this is the best part, for any amount that Adams get paid. Millyblog receives a percentage of the amount over and above what Adams get paid. So if Adams get paid $1000 in one smonth, and the 2 tier affiliate program is paying 5% then Millyblog would receive $50 just for referring Adams.
But it gets even better because some 2 tier affiliate networks pay a life time commission. So Millyblog will not get a referral commission just for one month or a year, it receives it for ALL TIME.
If Adams becomes a super affiliate, and start generating a huge commissions every month, Millyblog can just sit back and collect the cheques as he referred him
3 important thing to know about 2 tier affiliate marketing
There are 3 important things whee finding affiliates to sign up under you on 2 tier affiliate programs.
Is the affiliate program or network credible, has power tracking so that your refferals correctly tracked, has a good campaign and offers for the affiliate to promote so that they can actually get money.
Do they pay timeously? Assuming the affiliate network is good what percentage do they pay you on amount the amount your refferal get paid.?
How long will you continue to receive referal commissions ? Some pay for a month, some for a life time and of course there there are y variations in between.
All progranms vary, o compare all programs and see what the industry standard is.
So do your home work and find a 2 tier program that can make you money. read the below post on my 9 best tools for SEO.

Email for marketing
In this article, I will cover email for marketing strategies. Everything you need to know, where to start, and how to start. Without waste of time let’s begin by answering the question:
What is email marketing?
let’s make things simple for the sake of beginners, email marketing simply means sending emails to a bunch of people. Or sending emails to specific people with the aim of getting traffic to your blog or website in order to increase your sales.
Your goal in email marketing
When you do email marketing, your goal should be to:
Get traffic
Increase your sales
To promote
Now, when it comes to sending emails and using email for marketing campaigns, we have mainly three types of email marketers.
Types of email marketers
(1) Bulk mailers (spammers)
Number one on this list is those types of people who send bulk emails over the internet, promoting affiliate links. Those are bulk mailers also known as spammers.
(2) Cold mailers
The second category of email marketers is cold mailers. Here we send emails to people who are actually not our subscribers, but we are not spamming them. So it is somehow different from bulk mailing above. In cold email marketing, you are not sending affiliate links or CPL links directly. Rather, we are sending targeted emails to specific people in order to open a relationship with a conversation with them so that we can later promote or ask for something from them.
(3) Traditional email marketing
Simply put email marketing. How does email marketing work? What are the steps to apply to become a successful email marketer? This is the main goal of this post.
How email marketing works
There are three main steps for traditional email marketing:
Step 1 – Build your email list
The first task that you should implement in order to become a successful email marketer is to build your email list. This is simply to create a list of emails to send messages to. And what you have to know is that those people you are sending the messages must be targeted.
Of course, you would not want to send emails promoting fitness products to people who are investing in Bitcoin or cryptocurrency. In other words, you have to send your emails to people who are interested in your products, your services, and your content.
(2) Step 2 – Send emails
Step number two is simply to send emails by setting up the email marketing system or the email marketing service. Then write down your email templates or whatever you wish and start sending your email marketing campaigns.
(3) Step 3 – Analyze your campaigns
To analyze simply mean to study what is happening, and how many people are opening your emails ( The open rate ) How many people are clicking, and how many people are purchasing your product ( conversion rate ). In this, you can be able to understand what is working for you and how to increase your campaigns.
Why email marketing?
Let’s assume you are an owner of an e-commerce company, and you aren’t able to convert your leads into customers. Though you have a lot of signs up none can purchase your product and you are now wondering what to do.
So why don’t you try email marketing? You can boost your sale funnels with the help of email marketing. Email marketing leads to email campaigns and it is a very good way to generate a return on investment ( ROI ).
How expensive is email marketing?
Email marketing is neither expensive nor time-consuming, and that is the beauty of email marketing. With this explanation, I know you have developed some interest in email marketing.
Email marketing customer cycle stages
Email marketing is an efficient way to convert leads into sales by sending personalized emails to a target audience. It is very effective at every stage of the customer cycle stages like:
– Awareness
– Consideration
– Purchase
– Retention and
Advocacy
Let’s talk about these ones after the other.
(1) Awareness
During these stages, customers recognize their problems after which can be educated on how your brand can solve their problems. Just like any other marketing channel, Somebody is looking for something and you can come to his rescue by educating them through emails and by solving their problems with their products.
For example, you can share a newsletter with your customers that look like this.
” five important skin care products that everyone should have” The next stage is :
(2) Consideration
Customers are focused on searching for relevant products ( solutions ) and compares the product with similar ones. If that is the case, you can target such customers and send them the right emails to promote your product to them. For example, you can send an email that reads :
” Discover the perfect moisturizer for your skin. These products :
Smoothens
Hydrates your skin
Contains SPF2o
With these, you have gotten the perfect product and you can now sit down and draft perfect messages to be sent or mailed. Next is:
(3) Purchase
The third stage of the customer cycle is the purchase. By purchase, you can send an email to encourage your customers to purchase the product by giving offers or discounts. For example, you can send an email with the following words:
” 20% off on the purchase till Dec. 2023 ” Next on our cycle is :
(4) Retention
Nurture your relationship with your customers to ensure they remain loyal to your brand. In this stage, you are to give an offer exclusively to them. For example, you can them an email telling them to buy a combo pack of facial products for just $30 and get and get a sunscreen worth $10 for free. Here the offer is just exclusively for those you want to target and retain as customers.
(5) Advocacy
Convert your active customers into brand advocacy. You can do that by sending emails to those customers to promote your product, you can do that may be by giving them a discount for any of their friends whom they brought to buy your products.
So the above are customer life cycle and how it works.
Types of email marketing campaigns
We have different types of email marketing campaigns, and the first on my list is:
Newsletter
With an email newsletter, subscribers are connected and informed about the product update. It doesn’t necessarily have to be the product they buy, it could be a product they are subscribed to like the software.
You can send newsletters to your subscribers so they know what is happening with your product and the upcoming update.
How to optimize a newsletter
Stack your email
Create a compelling header
Share a different variety of useful content ( videos, articles, podcasts, webinars, etc )
Follow a consistent schedule.
The next type of email marketing campaign is:
Promotional emails
With this type of email marketing campaign, you can drive revenue by sending special offers through promotional emails.
How to optimize a promotional email
Personalize your campaigns
Include time-sensitive offers
Prefer to send emails on holidays
Another type of email marketing campaign is:
Abandoned cart
These emails are shared with customers who have added products to their cart but failed to complete the checkout process. It is effective in sales recovery.
How to optimize abandoned cart
Use a simple abandoned cart template
Personalize your abandoned cart email template
Send a series of email reminders
In your reminder, add a product image.
So let’s talk about:
Re-engagement campaigns
It is a series of emails sent to inactive email subscribers. It boosts engagement and helps to maintain a high IPR ( Inbox placement ratio).
How to optimize Re-engagement
Prefer gamification to engage subscribers
Prefer subject lines like”
“We have been missing you” or Did we do something wrong? “
Run a poll or competition to re-engage with your subscribers.
The benefits of email marketing campaigns
The following are some of the benefits of email marketing campaigns:
– Cost-effective
– Time-saving
– Realtime marketing
– Less intrusive
– Build credibility
– Increase visibility and brand awareness
– Easy way to track return on investment ( ROI)
Like most things, email marketing seems overwhelming until you actually give it a try. let me know in the comment section if this post has been helpful to you. You can also check my post on affiliate marketing through https://millyblog.com/what-is-affiliate/

As the world is becoming more and more global, there is a need for us to understand what digital marketing is today. Because things are changing from time to time, every new and old business is trying to establish its presence online, replacing the traditional way of marketing with digital marketing.
What is digital marketing?
Digital marketing as the name suggests is a form of marketing that involves promoting and selling products or services on the internet. In other words, it is the process of using different marketing channels like search engines, social media networks, and email marketing to reach your target audience.
Through digital marketing, you can find people who have an interest in your offers, and you can interact with them and build trust with your brand.
Having known what digital marketing is, let’s look at the various type of digital marketing.
Types of digital marketing
Digital marketing has a number of types, but the most important of them are:

To understand how digital marketing works today. Let’s see how the different types of digital marketing above can be used in an online marketing campaign.
Assuming you have a business and you want to promote this business online and find customers to buy your products. Maybe you know that your potential customers are out there. And you know that digital marketing is the way to go but you don’t know how to get started.
Alright, let me help you by laying down the digital marketing strategies that you can use to achieve your dream.
Digital marketing strategies
Digital marketing strategies can be defined as planned actions that you can perform online to reach your specific business goals. Therefore, the first thing that you should do is to:
Create a website
In order to showcase your products and services online, you need to create a website or blog. The website doesn’t need to be fancy like MILLYLOG, but it should mobile friendly that can offer a great experience to users. This is what website marketing is all about.
A website is a focal point of all digital marketing campaigns, and the medium to present your brand to the online world. After creating a website, the next thing you should do is to start thinking of:
Content
In today’s digital world, marketing is done through the use of content. Things like:

With PPC advertising, you can display your ads on Google search results and on the thousands of other websites that participate in the Google advertising network. Every time someone clicks on the ads and visits your website, you will pay a fee to the advertising platform.
These ads will not be shown to all online users, but to only people who are searching for information related to your offers. After engaging in PPC ads, the next thing that you have to consider is:
Social media marketing
To further experience your reach, you need to have some presence in the same places that your potential customers usually hang out, and this is non-other than social networks. Websites like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram have billions of active users that may be interested in your brand.

9 best tools for search engine optimization
Here are my 9 best tools for search engine optimization that can help you rank high on search engines. Do you find search engine optimization so hard and confusing? Don’t worry we all have been there. But what if I tell you that there is a hand full of best tools for search engine optimization to solve all of your problems?
In this post, I’m going to share with you my 9 favorite best tools for search engine optimization. The best part about these tools is that every single tool on this list is 100% free. And if you are looking for tools that will help you to get higher Google rankings, you will love this post. The first tool on this list is called:
(1) Seedkeyword.com
Most keyword research tools work the same way, enter a seed into a tool and get a list of suggestions.
The problem with this approach is this, everyone types the same exact sect seed keywords into these tools No wonder most keywords are super competitive, that is where seed keywords come in. It helps you to sidestep this problem.
Instead of pulling seed keywords out of the air, you actually ask customers how they would find you online. Then you use those seed keywords in a traditional keyword search tool. For example, let’s say you run an online flower delivery e-commerce site. Well… you will use the seed keywords to create what is called a scenario.
Basically, you ask people how they would search for what you sell. Then send that scenario to people. And if you are like me, you will be surprised by the responses that you get.
Finally, put the terms that you find into your favorite keyword tool and you will find some untapped keywords that your competitors don’t know about it. This leads us to our second tool for search engine optimization ( SEO ).
(2) SERPerator
Here is how this tool work, as you probably know that search results change dramatically depending on where you are and the device that you are using. And this awesome tool helps you check out the search results across different locations and devices. All you need to do is to specify your device and location then you will see exactly how your result will look for someone searching from that location using that device.
Now is the time for our third tool.
(3) Exploding topics
You probably already know that finding a new trending keyword is an SEO goldmine and it’s simple maths. If you target an old keyword, they are going to be more blogpost, articles, youtube videos, and content in general that you have to compete with.
But when you target new keywords that are trending up, you get in early before the search results get super competitive.
The question now is how do you get these trending terms? Well… you could use Google trends but the issue with Google trends is that you only need to know what you are looking for. In other words, Google trends are great for confirming a trend on a keyword that you already know about, but it is not really helpful for coming up with new trends and topics.
But with exploding topics, you get a list of trending keywords presented to you on a silver platter, and the tool has a database of trending topics across several industries including health, fitness, marketing, fashion, consumer products, and more.
Moving right along, our next free SEO tool is:
(4) LSI Graph
You probably heard of LSI keywords before. They are basic words and phrases that are closely related to your main keyword, and when you include these terms in your content, Google sees your content as comprehensive, which will give you a nice little ranking boost. For example, let’s say your target keyword is ” StarWars “
LSI keywords for ” star wars ” will be things like luke sky worker, Jedi princess, princess Leah, and the millennium falcon.
So how do you use the SIL keyword? A very cool free tool called a graph. Just enter your target keyword in the tool and you will get a list of SIL keywords that you can sprinkle into your content.
The next tool is:
(5) Tube Buddy
Tube Buddy is a free chrome extension that helps you optimize your youtube videos for SEO. For example, let’s say that you want to use some of the tags that another video is using.
You can use tube buddy to easily see those tags and use them in your video. Or let’s say you are looking for a keyword to optimize your video around. You can use tube buddy to see the competition level on your tube’s first page for that keyword. This leads us to tool number:
(6) Word tracker scout
Word tracker scout takes kind of a unique approach to keyword research. Instead of entering a keyword into a tool, a word tracker scout scans a page and finds keywords that show up over and over again.
That way, you can go over to one of your competitor’s pages and graph the keywords that they are already using in their content.
You can even sort the list of keywords by opportunity, which are terms that have the best ratio of search volume and competition. Now is time for tool number.

Is blogging for everyone?
Blogging is a relatively new phenomenon. It basically involves the creation of an online journal which is displayed in reverse chronological order. The blogger who is maintaining the blog may opt to post new blog entries as often as he desires. This may involve posting new entries more than once per day, daily, weekly, monthly or even at a less frequent interval. The postings in a blog are typically related in some way but they can be about any subject the blogger desires. Bloggers may maintain a blog for a number of different reasons and these blogs may be private or public in nature. This article will describe the difference between a private and public blog and will also explain blogging professionally as well as blogging for personal reasons.
Private vs. Public Blogs
Blogs can also be private or public. Private blogs are ones in which only the blogger and others who have been approved by the blogger can view the blog postings. Public blogs are available to any users of the Internet. A blogger may opt to make a blog private or public depending on whether or not he is comfortable with others reading the blog. For example a blogger who creates a blog for the purpose of venting about frustrations in life may opt to keep a blog private so friends or family members are not able to read these vents. Conversely a blogger who is blogging for a purpose such as to promote a cause will likely opt to make the blog public so his message can reach as many Internet users as possible. However, bloggers who create a blog to express themselves through their writing, poetry or other form of expression may opt to make the blog private or public depending on whether or not they want to make these personal feelings available to others. Some bloggers in this situation will make the blog public because they want to reach others who may either share their feelings or may benefit from reading their blogs. There may be other bloggers in this situation who will make the blog private because they do not want others to see these personal forms of expression.
Blogging Professionally
Blogging can actually be done as a source of income for some bloggers. There are a number of companies who maintain a network of bloggers and pay bloggers to maintain a blog in the network. These bloggers may be compensated per post, according to the number of page views the blog receives or through a combination of the number of posts and the number of page views. A career as a blogger requires a great deal of dedication. The blogger must be willing and able to update the blog regularly and to keep the blog interesting to readers. visit Millyblog
Blogging for Personal Reasons
Blogging can also be done for personal reasons. Some bloggers use their blog to stay in touch with family and friends while others use it to express themselves or to share information with others. Blogs created for personal reasons can be a great deal of fun but the blogger must be sure to avoid allowing the process of maintaining the blog to become a stressful situation. A blog which is maintained for personal reasons should be an enjoyable experience for the blogger. visit Millyblog for more related post.

How to get the most SEO
The best way to get people and search engines (which means more people) to your website is by getting relevant inbound links. If you have some spiffy new gimmick on your website this may be easy as everyone will be linking to you. However, with a basic, solid web page the process maybe much more difficult and slower. How do you get people to link to you? The best way is to empty your wallet! Ok, just kidding, but first we will learn how easy that is. For example there is a pay for blogging service that will cost you at least $5 per blog post (ie: per link) and maybe $25 or more. Now that will eat up your budget, and fast. These paid blog links don’t come with any guarantee. You might get lots of visitors and you might not get any at all. Pay per click is another great option for spending all your money. This will bring you visitors for sure and you’ll know how much each one costs. That’s it. There is no long term benefit. The ads show for only as long as you pay for them. When your money isn’t on the table, you don’t exist! You can buy links all over the place and again this may end up costing you a pretty penny, you may or may not get suitable results but when you stop paying the results (good or bad) stop. You gain nothing for the future. Now blogs are a great way to get visitors and develop a long term return. Blog posts tend to stick around for a long time. The trick here is to get people to blog about your website without forking over a bundle of your hard earned cash. A great idea is to become a guest blogger. This would be where you write blog posts for other people’s blogs. Read: your links on someone else’s website for free! This puts you in the drivers seat for a couple of reasons. First you have control over exactly what is said. Secondly, if you do a good job you may have the opportunity to make regular blog posts. That will build an audience on the blogs for your writing and turn into more and higher quality traffic for your website. The key to being a great guest blogger is to write short (3 to 6 or so paragraph) posts that are interesting, informative, humorous and relevant to the topic of the blog (and your website). Of course they should have a link to your website. Don’t over do the linking. Don’t make it sound like an advertisement or something you just cut and pasted from your website. A few minutes to compose a couple of well thought out paragraphs could do wonders for your web traffic. Keep looking for guest blogging opportunities and never use the same post for more than one blog. One post could bring a lifetime of traffic. This may well be your most effective way to developing quality web traffic and enhancing your the SEO for your website(s).visit millyblog.com for more related post.
