There's something really satisfying about using a sniper rifle in Mass Effect 2 when you're romancing Garrus. Because at this point I don't think he's particularly interested in Shepard for her weird human flesh, but you gotta imagine that watching his potential lover take down mercenaries from long range does something for that dude.

Thoughts on why Ashley is the only squad mate with a canon birthday:

1) She is the most specialest girl and she deserves it.

2) Everyone loves her so much they forget theirs and celebrate hers.

3) The idea that there is only like 2 characters with a canon birthday and they are both Aries is funny.

4) Considering the sheer amount of daddy issues in this series I honestly would believe everyone else’s parents just never wrote theirs down.

Guess tonight I’m in Shakarian mood

it’s like no one gets me1 garrus and it’s so annoying to me. i love this mid-twenties spitfire who worries so much about justice and making a difference that he overlooks nuance. who’s so young and full of zeal and pent-up frustration over trying and failing to make a difference. who will go against his father’s wishes as well as simply ignore decades’ worth of turian-human conflict to do something he thinks he has to—but who will also listen to the words of a trusted mentor and truly reflect on his actions when prompted. who just cares so much and wants to know so much and wants to do so much that he comes across as abrasive at times even when he’s trying very hard to be polite. i just think he’s neat

Garrus realizes that human lips are not that naturally red. I have a problem and I’m okay with that.
