I watch a lot of mukbang to sort of train myself to just watch people eat without wanting the food.
It’s helped.
As I sit in front of my sister stuffing her face with fried chicken, I just think, “It’s like mukbang. You, the viewer, can’t have what’s in front of you. You just can’t.”

spilling some tea i’ve learned from this bullshit
🍵 gaining weight is just as difficult as losing weight
🍵 the model body you want is more toned than skinny
🍵 muscle weighs more than fat but makes you look skinny
🍵 that’s just water weight. you can’t gain shit overnite
🍵 fad diets are shit and don’t ever try to follow them bc their results are just temporary
🍵 losing weight takes time but the results are better and permanent
🍵 restrict from eating crap food, and not food in general
🍵 chew and spit is bullshit
🍵 restricting + fasting = binging
🍵 if you’re into kpop, don’t ever try to follow what your bias is doing to lose weight bc 10/10 it’s bad and hella unhealthy
