Theres a million 'gavin being squeamish about stuff' headcanons out there, and an equal number of 'gavin being merciless and badass' as well but

FAHC Gav who is incredibly nonchalant about it all.

Gavin shows up at the penthouse one day talking about some weapons a friend gave him and when he pulls one out Michael just... what is that???

Gavin just shrugs. "Rocket launcher. " in that same 'buh-ket' voice.

He shows up to one of Ryan's interrogations with a chainsaw and Ryan... why??

He just looks at the guy and tilts his head. "Cuttin' stuff."

The crew walks in on him wrapping a package to mail and even though it's obvious they still ask... what the fuck is that??

"Finger. " he sounds like he's bored jesus christ.

And yet twenty minutes later he walks out of the kitchen gagging because

"There was food in the sink!"
