On Christmas Eve when I was working on the new 20k Leagues ride, I wanted to take a break and just work on a simple flat ride--and build built this one on the western edge of Fantasyland next to 20k Leagues. Really think it's cute and fits in. The tabled building was an already existing bathroom I built a long time ago and now it's serving as an exit and bathroom adjacent.

Tonight i got back into playing parkitect and the first project was replacing the Nautilus roller coaster w/ a submarine ride. I will utilize the queue building but I plan to re-organize the queue and exit and I also want to add more rides in the land.
I have built one of submarine rides before and it wasn't popular--so i am worried that I'm wasting my time on this--but should be a fund project.

Last night I worked on relocating the Japantown Monorail station. The original station was nestled next to Teacups and it just didn't look right--so with this movement kitty-corner to the old location will allow some better expansion and I like the buffer zone now created by the landscaping of the removed station. And I was able to make the platforms longer, so longer cars and more capacity.

Last night and tonight I worked on Phase 1 of the Monorail in Japantown. I've decided to not build a Tomorrowland and instead Japantown will take the place of a Tomorrowland. The station seems a little boring, but Fantasyland is next door to it and I didn't want to be it to be too much.

Tonight I worked on Phase 4 of Japantown; expanding northward with dueling top-spins, a bathroom, and some food/beverage stalls.
Next I want to work on something in Fantasyland--I haven't touched Fantasyland in weeks.

Today I worked on Skyway to Pleasure Island/Skyway to (Captain) Nemoland. I removed Gimme-A-Break in Pleasure Island and reused it's station building and in Nemoland, I built a new station terminus.

Last night and tonight I worked on a phase 3 expansion of Japantown, inclusive of a re-worked exit to the Birdcage (boomerang) coaster with exit to the rear, two dueling Enterprise rides and more food/souvenir/information and bathrooms throughout.
Here's some side-by-sides for comparison:
The phase 4 expansion would include two dueling top-spin rides and possible removal of teacups from fantasyland and relocation in Japantown.
Next--I'd like to get back to Fantasyland, which hasn't had anything new in a long time or start working on planning out Tomorrowland.

I have started a new land that has kind of evolved a bit since I started it; i'm calling it Discoveryland but--that may change; with the entire land being 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea/Captain Nemo themed. The new coaster is called Captain Nemo's Nautilus Adventure (yeah that makes no sense considering it's not in the water). And I was able to utilize the mansion I made as a queue space for the coaster. I actually built two queues in the house--because I initially thought I'd be building a railroad as well, but that never really happened.
In fact, I may reorganize the queue all together and not have it move through the house, but instead along the outside of the ride instead, and possibly shorten it a bit. I also didn't do a great job of planning out bathrooms and employee support in the ground level of the mansion--and I had to add a second set of bathrooms near the exit of the coaster when the initial bathrooms are on the other side of the house, and at a dead-end now. Eventually I'm going to build a restaurant/food building across the path from the mansion either to next to the coaster or directly across from the front of the house.
I also really like the color scheme I've used and I like the landscaping and now that I have the coaster making money, i'm going to move onto some smaller projects. Doing an entire land is a lot of work. I still have room for one more land at the NE corner of the park.
I also had to teach myself how to really use block breaks in the game which I still don't think I understand fully--but i managed to get the coaster to have 4 trains that work nicely, but there's enough block sections to have 7 trains so i dunno.

I've been working on a few things recently and will post those soon--but one thin gI worked on yesterday afternoon was a rehab of Gimme A Break Upper and Lower level. The two coasters were nice but I felt they were out of scale with Pleasure Island and you couldn't see any of the buildings because of the height of the hills. I tested out lowering the hills and the stats didnt' reduce by much and they are still popular as they were when they were much taller.

My next project is an extension of Adventureland with a Queen Anne style mansion--I worked on build test this evening just to see if this was doable and I think it turned out alright; I want to use the building either as just a focal point, w/ no ride in it, and just maybe bathrooms, information, ATM as part of the cellar or put a roller coaster platform in the cellar.

Today I worked on a few smaller projects: A planned reorganization of two buildings in Japantown; you can't really see the reoganization here, but it's in the two buildings surrounding the court of red/white umbrellas. I wanted to change up the location of bathrooms and food stalls--so this worked out nicely.
I also did a small expansion of pathways in Adventureland--adding an additional pathway and new tower w/ steeple (the blue building with green trim); which also accomplished adding an ATM and umbrella and information stall to this land. And an additional entrance to a bathroom.
Finally, I worked on some additional transition landscaping between Pleasure Island and Adventureland and I really like how that came out.
I'm not sure what i'm going to work on next--I kind of either want to work in Fantasyland or work on a new land in the NW or NE of the park on either side of Fantasyland. I may take a break and try to get some inspiration like I did for Pleasure Island.
