First, I’m glad that the Watcher cast apologized and are making changes that actually reflect the financial needs of the audience.
But it’s pretty clear that the original move was motivated by money and the desire for prestige. Ryan kept harping on his want for tv level productions and how the YouTube channel was only a stepping stone to reach that point. Steven as the CEO of the company (which many people seem to forget) had been looked towards as sort of the financial guide of the company— of course he had a bigger influence on the decision to move watcher to a streaming platform than the other two. Both Ryan and Steven showed more excitement for the idea of higher production quality and greater monetary gain than Shane did.
So I get why most of the criticism was directed towards Steven and Ryan. If there were any racially motivated comments, I 100% condemn them, same with any comments directed at their family and friends. However I believe at least most of them were directed at them with valid reason.

Race and Albert are The Worst people to ever go on a roadtrip with. Because it's a 9/10 possiblity that everyone is crammed into Race's car, and if neither Race nor Albert are driving, they're backseat driving and complaining that everyone else drives like a grandma. Because Race and Albert drive like they're on the run and the speed limit is a suggestion. Road rage is included. And overall they just Suck.
