Song Of The Day - Armoured Angel: Communion - one of Canberra's greatest metal bands!! This is live footage from 1991 which was a time that I saw them a lot as they played regularly. Hopefully one day their discography will finally be released and I'll have a cd version of the Wings Of Death and Communion demos instead of just the tapes.

Mortal Sin 1991 - another ancient flyer from my stash. Damn I wish I went to both of these shows just to see Damnatory and Christbait when they were in their death metal phase.

Song Of The Day - Bethlehem: Aphel - Die Schwarze Schlange - awesome song from their Dictius Te Necare masterpiece - still on a bit of a high after seeing Bethlehem live at MDF this year as they were amazing

Song Of The Day - Arcturus: Icebound Streams And Vapours Grey- this is the version from the Constellation ep which probably rates as my favourite Arcturus release. Posting this as I just received the new vinyl reissues of Constellation and Aspera Hiems Symfonia which were released by Kyrck Productions. I love this version of the song mainly for the bit that Garm sings at 2.20 which is usually just spoken on Aspera..

Song Of The Day - G.G.F.H.: Room 213 (Frozen Heart mix) - this is the remix version from the Disease album - G.G.F.H. were a special band who's sinster electro industrial is unparalled and really unique - I wish there were more bands that had such seedy atmosphere and the desire to create bizarre, evil music
