Alright hope it's not going to be confusing
Carmilla: Milla, Millie - both used by Célestin and she hates it. A lot. That's why he uses them. Amalia also called her Milla them, because she thought it sounded cute, until Carmilla gave her an angry glance (but perhaps Carmilla thinks the nickname isn't so bad when Amalia says it later on)
Adara: Ada - only used from very close people and her younger sister, who sometimes comes to visit and writes letters
Valère: Val - used by Dahlia and Adara. Hyacinthe - technically it's Valère's second name, but really only Claude uses it

Can u write me some friendship headcanons for Célestin in a modern au
He'd be one of those people always available for a good time. Unfortunately he's also one of those people you have to wait 30 minutes for. But once he's there it's going to be a fun time
Always knows the best places to hang out at in the city. Especially cafés and also more quiet hidden places
He makes friends very easily, since he's pretty approachable and likes making plans, where he pretty much instantly invites someone to come. But he also has friends he's closer with than others, who are just the ones he hangs out with occasionally
Good at lighting up a bad situation. He knows when to tell the right jokes and make someone laugh, but also when to give someone a long hug
Enjoys going around thrift stores and choosing for his friends the weirdest combinations. Like a combination who can create the weirdest outfit
Might occasionally steal clothes he likes from his friends
Constantly showing tiktoks to his friends and the ones he made, asking them how they like his content (to get that sweet validation)
He's part of a theatre group, so he can get his friends the best seats
Also is one of those who just spontaneously books a ticket to a hotel and musical for a friend and himself

How would they react if someone is in love with them but they dont feel the same for them? Choose some characters (include my faves too). This is not an Arsène situation
Amalia:
Even if they flirt with Amalia, she would nit interpret it in a romantic way
Just overall a very awkward situation when they confess their love to Amalia
She tries to be nice about it, says she feels very flattered by it and she likes them very much, but she doesn't love them
After this she follows with more compliments along the line of "I still like you a lot and you're a great person!"
One of those situations where she tries to make it a good, but just gets worse as she goes on
Carmilla:
Once they confess a moment of silence follows. Carmilla's face turns into a frown and she sighs
Carmilla forces a smile and says "maybe you should try your luck with someone else" and leaves
Adara:
Depends on the person
If it's someone she likes, she'd smile at them but with a pitiful expression. Saying in a gentle tone: "sweetheart, that's not how it goes"
If it's some man who's rich and a terrible person, she will play along until he mysteriously vanishes
Dahlia:
They'd would be overwhelmed with the situation. At first they thought the other person was just very friendly and more on the affectionate side
Until there's the confession. Dahlia's mind is just full with thoughts do they likes that person, but do they like them that much?
In the end Dahlia apologizes and say they don't love them back
Célestin:
At first he'd go along with it and return the advances, habe a good time
Until he realizes it's something serious. He then is more distant towards them and turns over to someone else
Enzio:
Would kinda catch onto it, but in a way where he isn't sure are they just very nice and he's overthinking or is it actually truly more than that
So he mainly just is panicking silently whenever he meets them. Because if they actually love him, he wouldn't know how to reject them in a nice way and not to hurt their feelings, because he only sees them as a friend
Claude:
Would not notice at all. Could be painfully obvious and he still wouldn't get it
If they would confess to Claude, he'd be genuinely surprised, but also not really believe them. More so he wouldn't trust after this
Valère:
When he notices it, he's trying to subtly build boundaries and indirectly make it clear he isn't interested in anything romantic
In case they confess, he'd apologize, saying it wouldn't make them happy
However if someone has feelings for Valère, who's in an useful position (like in the Court or someone in one of his assignments from Arsène), he uses that to his advantage

Reacting to their s/o or dear friend or whatever doesnt need to be romance, feeling stupid and like a failure bc theyre stupid and feel like they should be able to handle it and not be stupid? Well yknow the situation™ 🤠 yeehaw *gallops into the sunset*

Adara:
would be really shocked to find them thinking like this, because they don't see them like this at all. She thinks they are a wonderful, lovely and smart person and tells them that, while hugging them
She asks them what or who bothers them. And will say she got the problem covered
But for a less violent outcome, she will tell them everything will be alright and they are just at the beginning of their journey or are just stuck on a stony path. There's no shame in that, because those problems can be overcome eventually. Sometimes just need a little time or help
Dahlia:
They are a bit overwhelmed with what to do. They do relate to this feeling very much and it pains them to see a person they appreciate being so upset. So they sit down with them and asks them how they can help
Dahlia tells them everything amazing about them
Dahlia is also open about feeling very similar, although they talk hesitantly about it as to not overshadow the actual problem
Célestin:
Can't believe they would even think let alone say something about themself. He thinks they are one of the greatest persons he knows!
He rants about the people/situation causing them trouble and that it's not their fault it's so bad. It's alright to not always know what to do
Prepares some snacks for them to cheer them up a bit for an evening with lots of hugging, ranting and chatting to ease their mind and lift their mood
Enzio:
It makes him sad to hear them so upset. He asks what caused them to think that way and listens to them
He says to them they aren't any of that. It's the hard circumstances and times making them feel that way. He knows them as a smart, kind and great person
He says he's always there for them whenever they need to talk or need help. They shouldn't have to deal with all this alone
Claude:
He understands that feeling. So he recommends to them what he always does in moments like this. He takes a walk with them through the forest, finds a quiet secluded spot and sits their with them, just being silent and listening to the different noises of the forest. He says, it makes his insecurities feel insignificant, since there is so much more and beauty in the world
Valère:
He talks to them in a soft and calm voice, trying to comfort them and caresses their hand. Telling them they are none of that and shouldn't think so bad of themself, because they really aren't. But they are a person he greatly appreciates and he'd wish they'd see themself more in a better light, even of it isn't always easy to do
Says some situations are simply not yet possible to handle. It's not their fault
Suggests to take a break for the rest for the day, do something they like and attempt to handle the situation together on the next day

Describe an uneventful typical afternoon for your OCs. Like what do they do when they get home from work or sth. IF they go to work of course. Just a typical day. Do they also lose their phone, look for it and then find it? (dunno, chercher, and trouver??????) yes this is about "describe your day, 10 sentences, french"
Je ne sais pas français, excusé moi.
Amalia: trains fencing with her rapier a bit. Reads terrible romance novels. Writes letters. Meets up with Célestin, Enzio or Carmilla. But usually she spends her time in her laboratory. (She's also the one who'd lose something and spend all night searching for it)
Carmilla: sorts her library again for the what is now uncountable time. Sorts her clothes. Takes a walk through town. Usually she's at home and bored and just laying on her bed or couch, thinking about stuff until she reaches the unpleasant thinking stage.
Rebecca: taking care of her pet snakes. Checking all her materials, to see if they still work correctly. Speaking with ghosts, continuing her research about the world of the dead.
Adara: is there ever an uneventful afternoon? She's always busy with something, but she doesn't mind much. She likes the life she build for herself. If she has some time with nothing to do, she spends her time the way a succubus does, takes a hot bath with expensive oils, writes letters to her friends or meets them or goes to a bar.
Dahlia: lots of napping, reading a book they have been laying around forever and staying in bed mainly, shoving the worries away for a while. When they are really motivated they clean their apartment and redecorate or they stroll through the city, looking for some cute things to put in their room or their wardrobe (where it will probably stay for a while).
Célestin: no afternoon is uneventful in his world, mainly due to his doing. In case there is one he mainly uses it to learn texts for a role. Otherwise he'd go to bars, meet friends or flirt around. There's also a certain degree of chaos involved occasionally.
Enzio: there's always work to do. He uses the wuiet afternoons for tending yo the garden or to keep the church tidy. Late in the evening, when he has actually freetime, he practices playing the violin, writes compositions or reads something.
Claude: not much different than he'd normally spend his day. Walking around in the woods, perhaps pressing some flowers, looking if everything is in order, though he's mainly bored, he'd normally wait for Valère and then hang around him.
Valère: one of those people who when they habe freetime don't remember how they used to spend it, so he just sits in his room, thinking about what he used to do. But mostly he'd go to a bar, meet a friend (aka Adara) or sew something. Though he should probably use that time to sleep.

Theres this thing when sb moves to a new house and their friends come over and they celebrate a moving in party or sth right. And the friends bring a gift? Probably sth helpful in the household? Yeah so what would your OCs bring to such a party?
Amalia: a sort of first aid kit with stuff like band aids, painkillers, disinfection spray etc. And a bottle of good whiskey.
Carmilla: brings a classic bottle of wine and an old book from her library, they always stared at. Prwrty much insist on helping them whenever they need help or company.
Rebecca: fancy tarot cards, some crystals for decoration and sweets for the party. But perhaps also something macabre like a skull, no one is sure whether it's real or not.
Adara: she could give them a new apartment as your moving in gift. But she humbles herself down to bringing the finest wine and a portrait them you from their favourite artist. She assures them to tell her whenever they need something. She'll get them anything.
Dahlia: pretty much a set of things everyone needs. Some kitchen cloths, a pot and a few towels. And a small figure of a round animal, because it looked cute.
Célestin: he gives them a framed of him and them with their favourite memory with him, which could be every moment with him, but the moment he took this photo they seemed especially happy. And he brings them some snacks for the party.
Enzio: he brings a flower bouquet in a pretty vase. He says whenever they need some flowers or help with something in the apartment, they simply need to say the word and he's aleays there to help.
Claude: he made a small terrarium with moss and your favourite plants for them.
Valère: a good wine and a piece of clothing they always wanted, but never bought, because of the price. And also some coasters he made.

How do your OCs deal with the whole... situation rn? Like quarantine stuff
Amalia: She's a doctor, so full duty for her. Her day consists of caring for the people of the village, educating everyone to act appropriate (meaning isolating and follow hygiene guidelines). If she isn't right now doing that, she's examining the symptoms etc, theoretical stuff in her small house. She's sad she can't be with Carmilla, because she doesn't want to give a bad example to the village people and is too busy (Carmilla is immune and also can't infect others). Whenever she sees two people on the street giving hands, her exhaust vanishes and her anger awakes. When she comes back at night, there's always a basket with food and a letter with encouraging messages from Carmilla. The good is terrible, but Amalia doesn't mind.
Carmilla: bored. When she goes out she rarely talks with others and usually only goes to the places with bot many people, so not much changed. She actually doesn't mind at all not seeing anyone or not being spoken to by the people of the village. But she does misses Amalia and it pulls her mood down. But she knows Amalia is busy and the work does ia important. To give her girlfriend a little joy and help her out a little, she picked up cooking and baking and always puts a basket in her house with a letter. She's not particularly good yet, but she tries.
Rebecca: hasn't seen so many people buying lucky charms and requesting future tellings in a while. It's good for her business so she doesn't mind, but when she sees people wanting to spend their last money on her services, it does concern her. So she gives them to them for free. For the most part she's happy about the quiet time during isolation. Though some people still try to come in, even though her shop is closed.
Adara: she has seen some pandemics in her life. Sends all her employees to stay at home, even the ones who aren't effected by human diseases, and gives them money for food and rent etc. Only the ones necessary for obtaining information continue their work, but are out of risk from human disease. She's pretty rich and donates lots of it to medical workers and keeps the orphanage going with some extra medical care. Only thing bothering her, there isn't much going on. Everything is laid still and not even the new information is much of interest. She invites some non-human folks more often and has her ways of entertaining herself, but the atmosphere is not quite the same. Though she isn't to keen on what comes afterwards. She still remembers the horrific consequences of the black death.
Dahlia: They don't notice that much different in their close environment, because they are vampires. Dahlia mainly notices the changes from others complaining that blood doesn't taste good currently, people betting whether there will be another witch hunt or not caused by this and work being slower. Most vampires just sleep through that time or leave the country in hopes to find healthy people with healthy blood somewhere else. On the one hand Dahlia isn't too unhappy not having to do much work for the court, on the other hand their work doesn't really stop, because they are examining weaknesses of the court and there's always a risk doing that.
Célestin: he made sure to be with Enzio when quarantine begins, so he could quarantine with him in his home. He sometimes visits Gwen to check on her, since he couldn't get infected. He's pretty much in good spirits surprisingly. He sometimes misses life in the city and with others and performing on stage before a large audience. Though he complains about this then and again, acting very melodramatic about it, he's mostly in good spirits considering the situation. Enzio cheers him up whenever he's upset and vice versa. Célestin pretty much makes the best of the situation. He may not be able to life his regular life, but he can spend more time with his boyfriend and his best friend. Since he won't leave the village for now and Enzio isn't as busy anymore.
Enzio: he doesn't mind quarantine and isolation that much. It's nice being at home and working on stuff he hasn't had much time to do yet. He's able to spend the time writing new compositions, playing the violin more often and continuing some books. Though he mostly gets distracted by Célestin. But Enzio is glad to have him there regardless. Being alone for weeks and maybe months would weigh down on anyone and he's worried for his father, who's still on a pilgrimage. Enzio writes him as often as possible.
Claude: doesn't care much. The disease doesn't effect him nor do the consequences. He's living away from humans and wouldn't want it another way. His life pretty much continues as normal. He only noticed everything has become much quieter.
Valère: technically not having to go to work, staying at home and not having to see people everyday would be the ideal dream of him. Perhaps sleeping through the time of disease or seeing his loved ones more often. But he has to work regardless and go outside. He wouldn't have thought doing his "job" would be possible, since people will be already busy with survival and keeping their things together, they get much more emotional. Valère thought Arsène would simply sleep the time off like most do. But he doesn't for reasons Valère doesn't comprehend.

What positive and negative traits do your characters develop over the course of your story?
That's a really tough question. I'll try to answer it as best as I can, but I'm certain the traits might change. And for some I'm not quite sure yet, so I left them out.
Amalia: going her own way and becoming more confident as a person | perfectionist, impulsive
Carmilla: trusting again | angry, aloof
Rebecca: empathetic | concealing/discreet
Adara: ambitious | inscrutable, suspicious
Dahlia: being independent | repellent, aloof
Célestin: takes responsibility | attention seeking, vain
Enzio: becoming confident in his skills | trust issues
Claude: alive | mistrustful

Hair theyd like on a partner or maybe themselves? (like: liking long or short/light or darkhair, or sb wanting to have curly hair etc)
Amalia: she considers cutting it short one day, but right now she likes her long hair. Practicality is most important to her when ot comes to styling it. So nothing fancy. As a child she alwas was insecure abour her red hair and still is a little, because it makes her stand out (though she's good at standing out in other ways by accident) and some people would comment on it being unusual. For her partner she likes long soft curly hair, because it's nice to stroke.
Carmilla: she's fine with hers most of the time. Except when someone touches or grabs it, who isn't close to her. She'd rather cut her hair short than have that happen. For her partner she likes fancy hair style with some work put into them. Only for special occassions of course.
Rebecca: she likes her hair as it is and doesn't mind any hairstyle for her partner. I mean, she's blind.
Adara: she loves her hair as it is and likes any hairstyle in all variations on others. But long hair has its perks.
Dahlia: They like their hair as it is right now much better than their long hair. It feels more free and comfortable. They do like women with short hair and men with long hair.
Célestin: couldn't be happier with how his hair looks currently. He never really liked his black hair. And also longer hair goves more freedom to work with different hairstyles, which short hair doesn't. Perhaps he'll changes them one day, but right he sees no reason to. He likes any hairstyles for his partner as long as it's not a complete mess. He has some standards.
Enzio: he's comfortable with his current hairstyle. He wouldn't want to stand out or make it conspicuous. He thinks it's most important his partner likes their own appearance. So he's okay with any hairstyle. He does like it when Célestin has his hair open.
Claude: he likes hair that doesn't look too strict, but sort of loose. Which is pretty much how he has his hair, so he's pretty content.
Valère: he's a little sad he cut his long hair short sometimes. But other than that he likes his current hairstyle. He thinks everyone should just style their hair how they want and wouldn't want to make any entitlements. Though he likes wavy or curly hair, both long and short.
