btw, if i haven’t followed you, this is nOT bc i don’t love you, it’s because i was scrolling v fast down 2000+ blogs and only stopping when i saw the green little mutual sign. there were several times i stopped and surrounding mutuals were blogs i recognised which i followed, that otherwise i would’ve missed, so it’s not at all unlikely that’s what happened. give me a shout in my new blog and i’ll refollow <3

wait no i’ve sussed it, i’m a genius, i’ll just set up a whole new tumblr account with a different email so it has a fresh main, make THAT a co-owner of my web weaving sideblog and then change around urls and emails until this is able to be left to the long grasses of tumblr.

i wanna get a new blog. like, a new main. but keep @mayfriend as my handle (bc i love it and its what i identify as my ‘name’ online now). doth anyone know how to just like. nuke my blog so it’s fresh (and most importantly, my tag things are clear) without destroying it entirely/having to make a new tumblr account that isn’t connected to my other sideblogs which i want to keep

i figure i can just change the url to ‘mayfriend-archive’ or something and make a new one under mayfriend, but that’d still leave it as my main i think, and i’d still get notifs and stuff?? i just wanna leave this bad boy as a ghost or smth, as i’ve done before with previous mains, but. i didn’t have sideblogs before.
